Norway cup today, anyone have any leans? I am currently doing research, i´ll post some plays later on.

This is kinda a biased play for me, but I might take Rosenborg -2 today. From everything I've read they seem to be taking it a bit more serious than in years past. Just trying to get lineups first.

RBK will field the following eleven:

Daniel Örlund, Micke Lustig, Jim Larsen, Alejandro Lago, Mikael Dorsin, Jonas Svensson, Per Ciljan Skjelbred, Markus Henriksen, Gjermund Åsen, Boti Goa and Rade Prica.

Pretty much the same starters like against IK Start last round in Tippeligaen, except that Boti Goa gets the start instead of Bakenga.

Bakenga hasn't started the last 2 of 3 matches and last match they took him out right after half time I believe. Him and Prica don't seem to play well together. I think the team misses Iverson. But they should be able to win big against a team like Byasen.

Yeah, Iversen was golden for them, seems like Prica needs someone that can support him better, maybe Boti Goa will be a better fit. RBK have crushed their competition so far and they havent been knocked out in the third round of the cup for the last 10 years. Good luck buddy!

I think a couple Tippeligaen teams will get knocked out today, gonna try some underdogs and perhaps one favorite.

Norway NM cup;

Hönefoss v Stabaek, Stabaek @ 1.78 (2x)

Hönefoss v Stabaek, Halftime/Fulltime Stabaek/Stabaek @ 2.92 (1x)

Excellent conditions for this match. Hönefoss has had less time to prepare for this match having played on Sunday. All games in Tippeligaen was postponed due to a players strike so Stabaek has had one week off. The away side is a great team with good morals. Last season Stabaek won here 4-0.

Sogndal v Asker, under 3, 3.5 @ 1.75 (2x)

Sogndal plays with a 5-2-2-1 formation, 5:8 in goals thus far in Tippeligaen (1.625 per game). Asker is also on the defensive side, 7:4 thus far in Adeccoligaen (1.57 per game). The total is heavily based on that its a cup game, which are usually higher scoring in Norway. 1.75 is a bit short; yes, but I think it will be "safe" with these teams.

Sarpsborg are not strong away from home (0-1-3, 6:12 in Tippeligaen). They got injuries on Tobias Henanger (Midfield, 0 games), Øyvind Hoås (Striker, 8 games, 5 goals) and Berat Jusufi (Defender, 7 games). Captain Kjetil Berge (6 games) is suspended. Kjelsås beat Vålerenga last round 2-1. On average, Sarpsborg gets knocked out in the third round of NM cup.

Åtvidabergs FF - Assyriska, Åtvidaberg @ 1.85 (2x)

Åtvidaberg is my favorite team to bet on in Superettan. They hold posession and usually create many chances during a game. Same thing against Brage, still they managed to lose. This team can be sooooo ineffective, they had two shots hit the crossbar and many more great chances in the penalty area. Now they play home which is different, they attack more which we see in the statistics. They´ve scored 17 goals and conceded 6 in 5 games, in contrast to 4:4 away from home. Assyriska was amazing at the beginning but have now began to fall back into a more "normal" level. Their excellent coach Rikard Norling left to manage Malmö FF in Allsvenskan and this will of course reflect on the team. Assistant coach Göran Marklund took over and this will be his first job as head coach. I am sure he wont change much, but Marklund is not at the same level as Norling.
One thing ive noticed when I have seen Assyriska play this season is that some of their defenders sometimes makes some not so smart dribbling in the penalty box and when they are being pressured. Players like Thorstensson (former striker) and Batan (former midfielder) are not natural defenders so its more natual for them to dribble when they are pressured. This can cause good opportunites for the other team. Assyriska have conceded 13 goals in total, and 10 of them has come on the road. Åtvid has the offense to light them up today.
The H2H is convincing in favor of Åtvidaberg, 5-2-0, 12:3 at home.

Im going to watch this game on tv, so i´ll probably post some updates on how it goes.

Assyriska has had the better chances but Åtvid has more posession. Its a close game. Åtivd are usually better in the second half.
