2. I am the CUSTOMER and can call as many times as I like. I pay someone MONEY for a service, I deserve to be happy with the service.
3. They told me 7 to 10 days. Not a month.

Yes it is a good idea to take deposits dipsh*t it's nothing that other businesses in other industries don't also do... If they don't they lose capital and may not be able to pay.... Then of course you will be the first one crying... They were low rated before this whole thing and these ratings don't mean sh*t anyway...

Unfortunately I have not seen a batch from that date sent out as yet. From my estimations I would assume that they are quite close to the top of the queue, however.

Should you contact us again towards the end of the coming business week we should have a further update for you (that is assuming that they haven't been sent by that time, which is also quite likely).

That is quite unusual to have a withdrawal from this date still pending. Have you contacted us in relation to this? We may review your account information and ensure there is no hold on your funds. Should there not be you may request that we redirect a ticket to the Withdrawals Department requesting an update on the status of this withdrawal as withdrawals have been sent which were requested long after this one.

It would take from 12-48 hours for a response from that department though they should be able to resolve this issue for you.

NB - This will not be done for any withdrawals requested from June onwards. It only applies to withdrawals from May still pending.

also waiting for $2000 from june 11th and 2 $500 from june 12th
as you can see this informs me of nothing, and it also brings up the question, did you guys lose another processor in june? if you lost the processor why would you send them to the back of the queue behind others who requested withdrawals after you? wouldn't it make sense to stick them back in order??

We are utilizing two different withdrawal methods (DB DHL and IC FedEx). These have very different timeframes for receipt and unfortunately FedEx is a lot quicker for this. It is not possible to place your funds on the FedEx list through your request - these withdrawals are selected based on the logistics of our processor.
