I am still waiting for a withdrawal from 5/28. My patience is already growing thin. Last week they said it'd be sent this week. Now they are saying another 1-2 weeks. Why they don't use epassporte like every other genuine site on the internet is beyond me - unless they truly don't want to pay their players.

I made a withdrawl request from sportsbook.com for just over $100 on May 26th and still have not received my money via bank wire. They sent me an email around Memorial Day saying to fax them a copy of a voided check, to insure them that the account that the money is going to is mine, so I faxed it on June 1st. This is a crock of shit. However a few years back one of my co workers using the site received their money via check. I need to place a call to customer service.

My initial withdrawal request sat pending or processing for well over a month before eventually being credited back into my account. i then requested payment via check on 3-15-07 for $3900, which at the time was an available option. the fustrating thing is I've received several emails in the last few months that stats my check was sent. wait wait and more waiting to be told that it was an error. It seems like all the CS answers are scripted. I'm dizzy from getting circles ran around me. is it still too late to charge back on my credit cards since its been months? **** those guys.!

And from what I hear bodog is having problems as well. Reality is that it must really be hard to get reliable processors. it blows cause I am sure we all have a lot of good money tied up. I think we just need to not deposit for a while and see what develops. the money may, or may not be lost. I know I have in total 8k tied up.

wow, just when I thought this thread was dying, and only a handful of us remaining, it springs back to action with some new faces.

The sportsbooks that are having trouble are Bodog, Betus, and of course Jazette/sportsbook.com and family. If any books are curreently being targeted by the DOJ, these 3 would be at the top of the list, which might explain why they are having such difficulty finding processors to work with them. The goods ones might not want to risk getting involved with these guys.

My issue isn't "slow pay'. If their processors can only handle a certain quantity a day, I'm willing to get on line and wait my turn. The problem with sportsbook.com is that they aren't paying people in the order the requests were submitted. It seems to be somehwat random. Their whole attitude has been just wait, eventually you'll get paid. Maybe not this month or next month, but with 6 molnths you should get your money. And if it takes longer, so be it. You would think, by now, a decent compnay would assign at least 1 person to make sure that everyone who has been waiting since Feb for thier money get paid right away. But those people are getting any special treatment. No one seems to care.

It also baffles the mind on why they keep insisting that a batch of checks went out on May 16th. Surely they can't believe that these checks went out, when everyone is reporting back that they haven't recieved them. So why are they making us wait. I wonder if they are just stalling for time to find another processor.

I think people who continue to deposit with them are begging for trouble. The German processors lasted less than 2 months. They can lose thier current processor at any time, and there is already a huge backlog, and right now it's slow season. So if they lose this processor, it could be another few months before people get paid.

Has anyone waiting on a check for $2500 or less called the processor recently. The processor would have no incentive to lie. Either they are still sending checks, or they've stopped.

The Withdrawals department have absolutley no idea when your withdrawals will be sent. If you are told it will be there in the next few days, that is the CS rep making something up, as told to by Management.

The standard reply that "your funds are safe"

The Dublin office will be closing its night shift support tonight as a cost cutting measure. A total of 15 staff will be let go. The company has lost many staff from the other 2 shifts, but is not replacing them. This is another failed cost cutting measure. From a normal workforce of 45 reps last year, they are now down to less than half this on a daily basis.

Also, you may remember that all withdrawals were cancelled on 03/15/07. You were told this was to clear the backlog and given 5% bonus. Bull. A similar offer was made back during Football season last year, cancel your withdrawal and you will get a bonus. The reason that was done was due to the fact nearly every favorite won that weekend and the company took a massive loss of in excess of 13 million dollars. So to balance books and not declare bankruptcy, the bonus was offered. Of course, you bought the rouse.


Fact is that withdrawals are being sent out at random, they are not being sent in date order. Some customers are waiting over 2 months, while others only waited about 2 weeks.

To me..the last comment makes a lot of sense...some of us HAVE received even though we WD way after some of u guys..ALSO..but now..the time frame has shifted for my last WD..from the 2nd one..legit u think????..who knows..however..i wouldn't bet against it either....after i get my last check...i'm done w/SB..!!!!

It just showed up at their doorstep. I have a pending withdrawal from 5/28 which apparently is yet to be processed. Who knows. Getting your money from these guys is like hitting the lotto it seems.
