OKAY FOLKS, I AM MAKING SOME PROGRESS HERE. I MADE A CHECK REQUEST VIA EXPRESS DELIVERY(HA,HA) ON APRIL 1. I JUST RECIEVED AN EMAIL THAT IT WAS FINALLY PROCESSED AND SHOULD BE RECIEVED IN 2-3 WEEKS VIA REGULAR POSTAL.

I KNOW I AM FAR BEHIND MANY OF YOU, BUT I WANTED TO LET THOSE THAT HAVE REQUESTED AFTER ME A TIME FRAME BECAUSE SPORTSBOOK WON'T GIVE ONE. SO TODAY IS THE 17th USA BUSINESS DAY FROM MY REQUEST DATE. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHEN I RECIEVE THE CHECK. WHICH LEADS ME TO A QUESTION....FOR THOSE THAT HAVE RECEIVED A CHECK, HOW LONG DID IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE CHECK FROM THE DATE THEY SAID IT WAS SENT?

kamo, between my situation and the situation from the guy and his friend on the post before mine. It seems that it is taking 11-12 business days to get the processed/sent email and only about a week to recieve the check in your hand. It only took 4 business days for the guys friend in post above to recieve his check and a guy that was posting on here, james scott, said that his was processed/sent on 3/29 and recieved on 4/7, so that is 7 business days.

I just received my second check in two days from DHL. This one I received the confirmation of processing on April 13 or 14th so it was real fast.

Im just totally pissed off that checks requested on the 26th, 27th, 28th are already fcking received.

The fcking idiots at SB.com told me to cancel my check requests.. which were both on the 26th and do a wire because it was faster..

Now its DAYS., WEEKS... MONTH later and Im still sitting here while looks like I would have had my money for sure this week by freaking check..

Worst yet.. I only requested the wires a couple days later and in SB time that equals about another week delay...

ON TOP OF THAT IM IN FINALS WEEK and ABOUT TO GO INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What frustrates me is that others who withdrew smaller amount of 1K or 2K have already received their check via DHL while my request for 5k is coming via regular mail and I am still waiting (processed and shipped on 4/3).

I wonder is this is because A) DHL will only handle checks up to a certain amount or B) sportsbook wants to delay the cashing of larger checks.

one thing i am doing during thiis time of madness is calling and talking to the same person each time I call, I am sick of talking w/ all of the other idots there who really dont give a shit about what is going on and have zero sympathy for you!!!! so I have found a supervisor there that i like and make sure that i always talk w/ her when i call...

Jenny Jenn, you requested on the 19th, and it was processed on the 21st right? Now they told you no later than may 4th? I did the same thing and talked to one of the supervisors. They said again that the 21st's payments, didn't actually go out until the 4th, which would at the latest, put us at the 25th for receipt. She couldn't explain why the later withdrawals were coming in quicker though. Did you get a reason for the May 4th date?

you're at least the 3rd person who had a wire sent on the 27th who has recieved it. mine went out the 27th also but i have not recieved anything. im not sure if that is good news or not. there are posters who had wires sent the 21st and have not seen them.

this just in from sportsbook.com about my wire that went out the 27th. it did NOT go out the 27th. now theyre saying the processor couldnt send them all out at once, and it just went out today.

Was sent an email on March 21st that stated my bank wire was sent and should arrive in 5-7 days. When that failed to happen they moved the timeframe to 7-10.......then moved it to 10-12....then moved it to 12-15 days. Then I was told that the actual bank wire didn't go out until April 4th and the timeframe would be 10-15 days from that date.

I've had numerous chats and conversations with SB and not one person will admit that we've been lied to. They will only go so far as to say that we were "misinformed". I've responded by telling them that I "misinformed" them about my deposits for the past 60 days and I'll be doing a ********** to my cc. They don't like to hear that? I feel it's the only guarantee that I'll get any money back.

This is criminal.

Unpaid - Based on my reading of the posts - it seems that there is much more difficulty on people receiving wires as opposed to mail. Seems to me its easier for SB to lie with wires as opposed too checks. If they say it got mailed - they have no excuses other than it got lost - if they said that to a lot of people they would be finished.

Ok thanks - I am waiting on a check shipped on April 4th. I am hopeful because I haven't heard of someone who got shipped a check and did not recieive within the 10-15 business days stated.
