It is dying, but that's because the 10-15 business days has been extended again, and it's early in the extension.
The early March wires, supposively, were not actually sent until April 4-11. Wait until the new 10-15 day deadline approaches. This thread will get hot again.
Of course, they have ran out of every possible excuse. This round should be interesting.

I think the thread is dying because a lot of the early bashers have been getting their money. I still have some doubts that we'll get paid but I definitely feel A LOT better about the situation than 3-4 weeks ago. No, I don't work for sportsbook, I had already filed a ********** earlier but cancelled it because I feel it is legit. I'm not saying there isn't any chance that they'll just go ahead and close shop and run but isn't it pretty obvious that they are trying to get us our money?
Honestly, I think this thread is a good thing in that we can all see what the status is of other people but it's a terrible thing because there are so many posters who are just saying things like "I didn't get my money, it is SO OBVIOUS that we aren't getting paid!" and "SPORTSBOOK IS A SCAM". That kind of crap just adds fear and paranoia to everyone on the board who is already concerned enough about their money. Of course when it comes to large sums of money being held from you, people tend to get emotional and so on so who knows. I think we just need to be patient.Comment -

Most of the original bashers like common sense who said none would get paid and sportsbook was busto and everyone who said they got paid was 100% full of it shit... well he did get paid, lol. and stopped posting. This thread is massive, i imagine over 100 posters in this thread have reported payments, many who were all for chargebacks ect.. initially. There is maybe a few dozen posters from early on who still are waiting but most of the earlier wires and checks seem to have come threw. Maybe sportsbook wont be able to recover, i dunno, but using this thread as a customer sample a high percentage are getting paid, and the most histerical posters now tend to be new posters with 10 posts or so. Yes i have gotten my first wire from the 22nd, still waiting on 3 more that went out yesterday. I think anyone that requested a wire that was processed on the 21st has the most right to be pissed. I keep hearing of people that requested wires and checks after me, and they are all getting paid. I haven't heard of anyone that requested a wire on the 21st receive anything yet. This is what scares me. Where are those wires? Why are they moving so much slower than everyone elses? As much as it is nice to hear of others getting paid, it doesn't make me sleep any easier knowing my 8k is supposedly floating around out there and no one knows where it is.Comment -

This is what pisses me off: 3 posts above me someone just got paid that requested a bank wire on March 27, 2007.
I requested mine on March 19, 2007. Supposedly it was sent on March 26th. I have another which the emailed me saying my withdrawal from March 27 was sent and should be received in 7-10 business days. This place is crazy though. They have a new excuse everyday. It still seems like only a select few are getting paid. Now we are being told it is 10 to 15 business days and the request was actually sent on April 11, 2007. Yeah, we can be patient but this is crazy, we are constantly being fed misinformation.Comment -
I'm happy for the poster who got paid, but I'm also upset. I requested 2 wires on the 29th and they havent even been processed yet. I also requested two checks on the 1st, and those also haven't been processed yet.

for what it's worth, it looks like any new requests for payouts are taking 2 weeks to just process. may be less if there truly are european or south american holidays to consider. i requested two checks on april 1 and april 2 and just received word that they shipped. 2-3 more weeks by regular post. ridiculous.
also, not to say that this makes a difference, but i am a MVP member and the email came from mvp@sportsbook.com. who knows if they really did send it (although i am inclined to believe they did)? i have been using wsex for the last few weeks. i requested a payout there as well. i will let you know if its significantly faster from that site.Comment -

OKAY FOLKS, I AM MAKING SOME PROGRESS HERE. I MADE A CHECK REQUEST VIA EXPRESS DELIVERY(HA,HA) ON APRIL 1. I JUST RECIEVED AN EMAIL THAT IT WAS FINALLY PROCESSED AND SHOULD BE RECIEVED IN 2-3 WEEKS VIA REGULAR POSTAL.
I KNOW I AM FAR BEHIND MANY OF YOU, BUT I WANTED TO LET THOSE THAT HAVE REQUESTED AFTER ME A TIME FRAME BECAUSE SPORTSBOOK WON'T GIVE ONE. SO TODAY IS THE 17th USA BUSINESS DAY FROM MY REQUEST DATE. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHEN I RECIEVE THE CHECK. WHICH LEADS ME TO A QUESTION....FOR THOSE THAT HAVE RECEIVED A CHECK, HOW LONG DID IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE CHECK FROM THE DATE THEY SAID IT WAS SENT?
