Notre Dame gets beat by St Johns a couple days ago and this guy puts a *20 unit play on ???? Wow , I don't care what the simulator says you have to consider a team's mental state after getting beat by a team like St Johns. Notre Dame came in to this game mentally unprepared to deal with anybody. I say throw the simulator in the trash!Comment -

Once again, the guy loses a 20 Unit bet and everyone goes nuts and starts trashing him and his approach. If he told you his simulator told him you would survive a 10 story fall would you do it? I "don't" think so. He does his research. How many of you guys do ANY research? Rather you just follow along riding his coat tails and winning money!! Yes. Winning money. But lose a 20 unit play and all of the sudden he is garbage. At the ned of the day, it is YOUR choice to place your bet....not his! Grow up and do your own research and THEN if your research agrees with his, then make your bet. But don't blame him for your ultimate decision! It is moronic to listen to some of you guys complain.
I did my research and I decided to cut my bet in half. I liked ND but not as a 20 Unit play. That is called MY DECISION. I lost but did win Miss. Valley State and that one I did NO research and just followed along. Either way that was my desision and I was fine with the outcome. MY CHOICE!
Bashing does not help any of us. Rather why don't you try and add some solid content to the site?

ok.. looking to rebound literally from last night's embarrassing loss. I obviously thought ND would have a bit to prove.. But, the 20* plays hit between 65 and 78% ATS over 365 days. I have ben told by management that I am the only person, who posts his picks in all sports and grades them and has posted WINNING RECRDS for more than two calendar years. So, simply follow me.. there will be bad losses like last night's ND mess, but over time it is the growth of the bottom line that matters most. Sometimes, it is hard to focus on the big picture. Moreover, you cannot allow yesterday's results, whether average, great, or horrid, to affect your 100% focus on the opportunities for today... Discipline is the key component in so many things worth doing in life..

Thanks for replying about the ND loss last night. I did not watch the game (Thank goodness) but it at least gives us people a calming effect to hear a response from you, especially the losing nights. I personally cannot take when a capper cannot stop bragging about a winner the night before, then when he loses you hear nothing but crickets. Ok. for tonight's NCAA action I have a 5* on kentucky.. This is very similar to the North Carolina and Pittsburgh games last night.
I also like 5* USC at home getting +7 1/2 -110 over Washington. kentucky is favored by 19 -110. Check out the research on the front page and I will be back for any questions.Comment -

Long time lurker/follower 1st time poster.
I opened a account and started a thread just to thank everyone here for their help in a sport I literally knew nothing about especially the mid-major conferences. I do have alot of insight in college football and loved to watch you and Loshak this past fall discuss the opebing lines.
I learned alot this past season especially about my own biases of option based teams Ive always undervalued them

I came to give thanks specifically for this hoops season. I do have a question that hasnt been covered in your mailbag section I hope you wouldnt mind answering it here...
When looking at your simulator how often do you realize a number might be off due to the emotional state of a team?
I ask because this past year was my first season (in college football) I used a model and Im unsure it helped me at all in the bowl games or in pivitol situations especially with younger clubs.. Clemson, Vandys offense.
I know this is college hoops but the mental toughness question certainly equates across the board with 19-21 yr olds.
Thanks again you'll never know how much respect you've gained in the past 6 months.
