Ely has some decent stuff but I haven't figured out if its going to continue like this or if the league is going to fgure him out and he is going to start getting hit. Right now he shows no signs of slowing down and is getting very fair priced games.

A few things to consider. Much like a rookie starting pitcher makes their appearance in a game, they can have success go through the line-up the first and/or second time of the game before the batters figure out/know/learn what he has for the day, the same can be said once he faces the teams a second and third time this season. He pitched well enough to get the win but more importantly was about to settle after the rocky first inning he had. To me, it looks like the Dodgers should be able to count on him getting 12 to 15 wins this season - less injury. FYI, no opinion on game three of the series as money was obtained from the past two games.

Be assured this was not a play on SF because they might get swept. While others will play to and against sweeps, all well and good, I go with the process and it's outcome.
