It is weird... I kind of want the Mets to win.....but with the system saying no no...and the odds saying no no...it makes it hard! And when Burnett is on very tough...also Reddings era scares me... It seems like the type of game if you win pays nicely...but if you lose...has you thinking why did I bet that! Also by just sticking to my system and playing nothing else...except the once in a great while game that stands out to me... I will make it through this long baseball season! GL G.

OK....Did not have time to sort by strength...so if you follow you can try to arrange yourself... The system just keeps winning... The picks for the series starting on Monday/Tuesday... Not in order of strength but wanted to get out...
Without doing my second level of filters I am placing the team I like the best first....followed by the rest in no certain order...

Once again the basics...these are three game chases...the only picks that go in my record are the ones I play...and list a unit bet. The system has been highly successful. If there is a pitching mismatch against one of the teams in game one...which I have not had time to check... That eliminates that game and that series... If game one losses, move onto game two, then three in necessary... A win..the series ends...the chase never goes past the series...

Another capper I am also following on another thread has LAD as his top pick. They're playing Colorado and lets just say I'm concerned. The rockies have been on an absolute tear this past month. Not sure about Cin either for tomorrow LAD might end up being the only play for me of the five...
Reasons passing on other four series... Tor- Halladay first game back from DL no play, STL pitching mismatch in fav of SF, Pit swept last year at home by Cubs... Looking at Cin series....series starts with piching mismatch in favor of Arz on Tuesday night....
Lets see what happens...
So LAD remains the only play.... Will not start chases after first game... Not saying the system will be wrong... But as always narrowing down to 1-2 picks...
The LAD pick is the only series I will play... I like the fact LAD is 1st in league in era, Col 24th...
LAD is 4th in BA, Col 12th... also realizing LAD is a great home team...should help against this hot Col team... LAD passed almost every filter... GL everyone G.Comment -

The numbers are in favor of the Dodgers...that is the only one I like...but the other sytems picks should do fine... I see the cubbies won game one...that might be a dangerous chase...but the Pirates have been very good at home... Second filter did not like the fact Pirates under .500... Just did not have the time this week... But usually by the time these series end...the system is right and I am wrong...so lets see...Comment -

Just to update those who are following...all the system picks won their chase series... But the only one added to the record was LAD...the one I placed a bet on...
As I keep stressing...if you are going to follow the system picks...do not quit if game 1 is a loser...the play continues through the three game series...

I cannot filter with the system till all the series end... So I cannot do anything till the weekend series... I have also been able to backtest the system picks and figure the picks a 6 to 12% chance of losing... So I am overdue for a loss... I will continue the way System #2 has been designed... I call it the conservative chase system no doubling of bets... that caused the problem in system one and wiped out my baseball profits...
But now system #2 has me back up nicely.... Odd though I have kind of lost my confidence in making my own picks because the system is working so well! G.Comment -
Ok...did have time to filter just the four new weekend series starting today.. The other series starting tomorrow cannot be filtered until tonight.
One series chase really stands out and gave green lights on every indicator except one... So lets call this a system pick for the first weekend chase series...
The one thing I do not like about this chase is the pitching of the Angels.
But the Angels are coming up very strong..just meaning it might take a game or two to win a game... Balt can hit but so can the Angels... So the first chase is....

Ok quick reminder of the rules... The chase only lasts the length of the series either 3/4 games .... If the first game losses, you bet slightly more than you lost on game one, and the same if game 2/3 losses. Once the chase team wins a game...the chase in that series ends.... Up to now this week system is 5-0... received a few private messages after game one of the last five series...because some of the first games lost... That will happen! This is a chase...if you do not have the discipline to bet against your gut feeling..these chases are not for you... I have forced myself to do it..and believe me the system is right quite a bit more than me!Comment -

If you are following this system...yes...the Angels series ended. It does not mean that the Angels will not win another game this series... It is a four game series and they are leading the league in batting average while the Orioles are near the bottom in era. Also Orioles are one of the worst road teams.
The system helps with over betting more than anything... Also not doubling up after a loss helps. With this system the key is winning in the first game or second...if it goes to the third unlike most chase systems, I am willing to take a loss and regroup.

Well my weekend pick the LAA won in the first game so that weekend series chase ended very quickly.
I just finished the filters for the weekend... The system saw one series that was so bad... I am not sure anyone will win! The series Oak at Clev...does it get any worse? Imagine watching this mess! 
Well I am going to put out a system #3 test....picks/chases will not count...I am not betting them and lets see how their chases work out... You might ask if system #2 keeps winning why test another system? Well I like playing around with the stats...this is just a slight varation...
So first the chase series picks for test system #3 (I might combine #2/#3 together to create a chase pick for 5-7 series eventually... instead of the 1-5 I post now...

I am a little burnt out this week... Putting the right stats to the right teams is a challenge...and then having to check all the probable pitching matchups for pitching mismatches and other trends not spotted within the filters...might take the weekend off... Might not...but the picks are listed..not in order of strenght (LAA as I said was my pick for the weekend series and already won), but I thought I would give out the rest of the system picks I came up with...
Warning the only series I applied all the filters including the second level to was the LAA which as posted won already. Need a break...
System 3 picks are a test chase... no idea how they will do... but been working on it...lets see how they do...
System #2 if you follow check for pitching mismatches, especially in game #1. If I get a chance will add notes...looking for differences within the system picks which might make one or two...ones I would avoid... This is part of what I do in the second level of filtering... Just want to relax this weekend... My accounts have hit a high point and I want to push through this area...third time this year I have been at highs in accounts and want to be careful and not fall back again...
Also to avoid the messages about the system and how it works... a basic guide is repeated throughout...but again in post #268.
