Last update about my issue: i've just contacted AC via live chat to ask them if they had any answer from Pinbet88 upline and AC told me: " it is the implementation of the Pinbet88 and sorry to inform you that we don't have any control in that matter. We can't do anything as we are not the bookmaker."
Of course i know that is Pinbet88 who decides and so i asked AC what is Pinbet88 position/answer about that issue?? And the only feedback they have received from Pinbet88 is to answer what i wrote previously :" it is the implementation of the PinnacleSports 88and sorry to inform you that we don't have any control in that matter. We can't do anything as we are not the bookmaker."
So to sum up: when opening a Pinbet88 account with agents we alreday have a "restricted" account compared with normal Pinnacle accounts that have higher limits. And now it appears Pinbet88 even applies personnal restrictions on some accounts ? When a normal Pinnacle customer can easily wage more than 1000 euros on a market, A pinbet88 customer can only wage 800. And me now i can't even wage 400. And if tomorrow they decide to limit me at 200? And then 100 ? Is that Pinnacle (Pinnacle/Pinbet88 thats the same)? That is not the Pinnacle i've known for years ! There was the discussion some weeks or months ago to know if Pinnacle applied personnal restrictions. It seems that'snew Pinnacle policy, they now limits customers as poor small European bookmakers do,pffff... It's very far the great Pinnacle i've known.
I insisted with AC telling them a customer had has the same issue last week but that was fixed and he had his limits restored. But AC answered me this: "We have received the same issue with some of our customers.PinnacleSports limit cannot be change/restore" "May we ask you to contact them and send us proof that they restored or changed the limit. This was implemented by the bookmaker and Pinnacle didn't inform Asianconnect about it if ever it is true"
Optional, could you tell me who/in what post you read that information you shared with us yesterday "another player did start a thread last week saying he thought his limits had dropped via Pinbet88 and after emailing AC88 he reported being told the "issue was fixed" and limits restored." ??

See post #7 in this thread Tristan http://www.sportsbookreview.com/foru...its-lower.html

But as I mentioned, I was sceptical about what he said.

This is bad news for agent account holders but not the end of the world.

Have you considered finding a 2nd or 3rd agent and spreading your action around?

Also, can you tell if this is across the board for you or just on Philippine basketball?

Have you asked AC if they pass along your info to Pinnacle? If they don't, you should insist they open a "fresh" agent account for you.

Thank you for info. I forwarded the link to AC and i'm now waiting for more news from them.
Note this is not only a limit on Phiippin basketball, philippin basketball is just an exampple i had chosen to compare my limit with other customers. I 'm limited on every sport, every market: 50 % of the normal limit

Yes AC passed the info to Pinnacle, and it seems Pinnacle feedback was to answer this:" it is the implementation of the Pinbet88 and sorry to inform you that we don't have any control in that matter. We can't do anything as we are not the bookmaker."
Indeed i'm thinking of opening a fresh account with AC but for a reason i ignore, when i talked about it with AC on live chat, AC told me yes i could open new account but that wouldn't fix the issue as the same low limit would apply on my new account?? How would it be possible?? Agent accounts are supposed to be anonymous aren't they?

That's what I mean. If Pinnacle does not have your personal info, AC should provide you with a fresh agent account to restore your initial agent limits. If they can't do that, it means they pass along your info to Pinnacle and are well aware of the restrictions on your name. Not acceptable IMHO.

I've just created a "fresh" Pinbet88 account. I haven't placed a single bet yet with that new account. But already limited, same 50% limits as i had on old account. Confirm me please but for example on Euroleague (basketball), the biggest european basketball competition, my max mager is about 1450 euros on total points market for odd 1.95/1.95. I suppose you have the double?

Yes, about 2930€ total on those point markets.

How can you create a fresh account? Did you have AC create it?

So...this can mean 1 of 2 things: Pinnacle tracks you through your ip or so and "knows" it's you (this is unlikely as the limits would be "fresh" for the new account up untill you login and they probably do not have an algorythm to lower the limits linked to an IP check upon your first login), or AC gives out the new account info to Pinnacle and they make sure it has the same limits as your old account.

I would confront AC immediately about this, this is not acceptable behaviour.

Edit: ask them this: do you or do you not give out my personal details to Pinnacle? If they deny, ask them how it's possible your new account doesn't have the standard limits.

Yes i could insist with AC but i think that would be useless: all that is PinnacleSports decision, AC can't do anything about it, they simply have to follow PinnacleSports rules/decisions... Despite i'm disgusted by PinnacleSports limiting my account this way, i continue considering AC as the best agent existing. I've always been very satisfied with their services (very good customer service, almost always available, very quick transactions, good cashback...). So i think i'll have to be satisfied with a "half-PinnacleSports account" and accept the fact PinnacleSports can limit customers and i can't do anything against it.

On some lines my maximum bet is now under the £27 minimum bet, so I cant even place a bet on it. WTF?

Sad to report I'm now also on the 35% limit list. Won a few large underdogs and bam.
