Edit: It appears our feed provider [which seems to be the same shown on Google and CBS Sports] has the wrong score data.

    Sportsoptions is the correct score.

SBR can't be correct because 1h+2h don't equal same amount of points in order to go to OT.

The correct score is here: http://sidearm.sites.s3.amazonaws.co.../Gamebook7.pdf

This score shows 1h, 2h, and OT stats and scores along with corresponding play by play.

The problem I have is that I had a 2h wager that was originally graded a winner, changed to a push.

I provided this information to the book and told them that it can be backed up by this video which shows the score going into the half and coming out of the half.

    http://www.espn.com/watchespn/player/_/id/2913413/

In the video of the game it clearly shows 39-37 going into and coming out of halftime.

I am not sure what I can do here since so many sites seem to have the incorrect logs

Thanks Frank. It appears NCAAB.com official website shows the DB score, as well, which is normally official for grading purposes, which might explain the position of your sportsbook. Have you shown the video footage? The other problem would be if despite the video footage a declared two-pointer from the opening half was later reviewed and changed to a three.

Yes I did through email and they sent me a link to the Ncaa website which shows the incorrect score.

The Ncaa website does not have any type of play by play info just the score of each half, OT and final so I can't really compare it to anything.

I did find a discrepancy between the Southern Illinois play by play and the Murray St play by play.

http://siusalukis.com/boxscore.aspx?.............this site has the correct score

    Murray State 37 40 8 85 3-4
    Southern Illinois 39 38 12 89 4-3

http://goracers.com/boxscore.aspx?id.............this site has the incorrect score

    Murray State 37 40 8 85 3-4
    Southern Illinois 40 38 11 89 4-3

If you go through the play by play of 1h at the 2:25 mark the incorrect log says "GOOD FT by FLETCHER,ARMON"

At the 2:25 mark of OT the correct log says "GOOD FT by FLETCHER,ARMON" twice as he made both free throws.
The incorrect log shows that he only made 1 in OT at 2:25

When watching the replay video it shows which is correct and which is not.

There are no play by play logs on the net that I can find that show 40-37 1h just a bunch of scores that say that.

Espn has play by play that shows 39-37 1h but has 40-37 1h listed in log.

Your links dont work for me to check but it sounds like you have a good argument.

Without knowing the book hard to know if they will just stick to terms or be pragmatic but may as well shoot in a Sportsbook Complaint form and see if SBR can help?

After doing a bit more research I found this:

Ncaa.com is a site that is owned by Bleacher Report/Turner Sports

The actual official Ncaa site is Ncaa.org

Here is the official box score:

    http://stats.ncaa.org/game/index/4247916?org_id=659

I have forwarded this to the book.

Hopefully they will take a look at it.

If they don't I will shoot over a complaint form.

This is the way you handle a sportsbook problem/dispute. No swearing, no woe is me my Christmas is ruined, no 50 thread bumps to stay on page 1... just a clear timeline of facts and research. When sportsbooks see threads like these, they sometimes address the matter before they are even contacted.

Unfortunately, my sportsbook has chosen to ignore and not reply to my email or my follow-up email so I will have to submit a complaint form.

NCAA.com scoring is official at the sportsbook for grading purposes. Based on this, the grading will remain, but in the event that NCAA.com updates its box score then your complaint would be reopened. It's the same as there being a conflict between NFL.com and a related NFL website, the parent site score would be official in that hypothetical. You don't see scoring disagreements often these days in major sports, which is why there has to be a central place to verify the accuracy of results.

That's pretty ironic that a local book fixed it and graded it a winner and an SBR D-rated book did too, but SBR A-rated book XXXXX cannot use common sense.

2 NCAA sites have a different score, NCAA.org and NCAA.com. One with a bare score and one with a full box score broken down with score by halves and official play by play.

There is not a single box score on the internet that matches the incorrect score.

I spoke to a manager at a Las Vegas sports book and he told me they would definitely correct it. When told that I bet it offshore he actually told me to contact SBR and they would get it straightened out. That obviously didn't happen.

I spoke to the Nevada Gaming Commission and they told me I could file a complaint and it would most likely be taken care of with a simple phone call.

Unfortunately for me, I can't do that since I bet it offshore where you really have no say.

DonBest is now showing the correct score:

    http://www.donbest.com/ncaab/scores_...-20161129-sum/

SBRodds is now showing the correct score:

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/bett...?date=20161129

This is baffling to me how XXXXX will not bother to look into this instead of just saying that's what it says so too bad.

    Hi Frank,

Actually DonBest is still showing the original score in your first post here: http://www.donbest.com/ncaab/scores_summary/4-753-20161129-box

However, we emailed DonBest and were told the score was revised to 37-39 at the end of the first half, and that they've notified the feed provider who is still showing the 37-40 score.

Based on this adjustment, we've asked your sportsbook to take another look at this.

My book has adjusted and credited the ticket.

Thank you so much SBR and especially my SBR agent "MR".

He deserves a raise for the work he does.
