    1xbet just dont listen

    Hello i need the help of the community im playing on 1xbet and im very find with it the only problen is that they have the worst customer service ever that just dont read the emails an send robot answer.

    Here the thing i made a bet on an african women basketball champions cup game.
    I made a bet at half time on the 3rd quarter spread.
    My bet was team 1 -9.5.
    The official website play by play is false because as you can see the beginning of the 4rth quarter has been input at the end of the 3rd one.

    "Our processing center uses official information when settling bets."
    They just dont look at my proof.

    1xbet can be difficult to deal with.

    What the CS person says is correct though. What the official body publishes as the result is what they grade on, not reality.

    But if you would like to fill in a Sportsbook Complaint form we can try reaching out to them with your evidence and see if they might reconsider.

    I filed a complain but i mean its just a live tracker and not an official result. Like there is an official video of the game

    This happened to me at 5Dimes before. Most bookmakers grade on official results but Dimes gave me back my money(surprisingly) but I have a feeling 1xbet won't
