    What is Pinnacle technical department paid for??

    Can someone explain me what Pinnacle technical department is paid for??? I've experienced hundreds of bookmakers in my life but no doubt Pinnacle have the worst technical dept that has ever existed ! there has always been technical problmes on their website, never resolved, but today enough is enough !! How can they continue providing so awful technical service??How many times will i have to log in during the day ??200?300? I'm fed up with being logged out all the time and always receiving the same error messages months after months !! Considering all the technical problems that exist with pinnacle, how is it they are not undergraded??

    This lasts over 1 year, or more. They do not care ... I have already mentioned all that today's situation earlier today in another thread here ..."fabulous", thanks for your post here, becasue it always seems I am the only one person in the whole world hav ing that tehcnical problems with them ...

    When you are the best in the world a lot of people want to hurt you.

    Personally, as much as tech faults annoy me too, I don't want to help the DDOSers and extortionists by ripping on Pinny for it too much.

    Just keep hoping they can get it bulletproof enough one day.

    Tried to put bet on webpage - got endless loading
    At the same time successfully put this bet through API
    Looks like it is a website-related error.
    technical department made that rather convenient API too. Let's not forget about that.

    They basically have antiquated flawed software that cannot be repaired

    I have no idea why they do not grow with the times and get totally new stuff

    The software is not user friendly at all and daily tech glitches 365 days a year

    as mush as I love pinnacle because of their virtually unlimited limits, I hate their technical problems. THey really need to do something to increase efficiency of their site. Sometime, I am in middle of trade or arb, and Pinnacle website just stop responding or log me out, or take forever to load. It sucks like a hot Bit** stop sucking just before you are going to ***. But at the end of the day you have to deal with this because yes they are the best in the industry.

    pinny for all that matters is still the best,just visit any other sbr rated A+ books and confirmed if any is close.They are simply the best.was looking for the books to renew my pro membership but only 5dimes is close

    Errors seem to appear after cca. 1 hour of no activity. Not so bad. Most bookies log me off after 5 inactive minutes.

    Started to work (the statement is available again), after 2 hours...

    It was an error in the Asian style. The classic website - statement worked normally (I do not use it almost at all).

    Today, terrible, again. The asian style betting slip falls down - to update (it should do every 10 seconds, but it does not, sometimes works twice in a row, sometimes no update). And if I choose some competitions before to view (there is such option), after it stops updating, all other (unwanted) competitions are back !...

    Pinnacle reviewed this internally. These are known intermittent issues that occur as server maintenance is conducted or releases deployed. Their IT team is aware of the feedback and will take steps to address.

    Even, Pinnacle, does not care, at all. As that issues and errors occur already for 1 year long !!!

    Well, it is caused by a maintenance ? So then , they are doing the maintenance 60 times in every hour ! Today, it is falling down continously (the betting slip update + logging out + unable even sometimes to load the main website with the log in window).

    It is very "pleasant ", when I bet a LIVE tennis match, the bet is in the "waiting " status (Pinnacle is reviewing it ) for few seconds and now the Pinnacle website logs me out ! Re-logging in take further few seconds and I still do not know if my bet was accepted or refused ... terrible...
    And from 15:0 it can be 15:30 and the odds are totally different ...

    Earlier today, I tried to place a pre-match bet. Clicking on "Place Bet"and submitting - it was only loading and loading, so I used (on another window) another betting slip (asian style) to submit it again. After about 10-15 seconds the web started to work and I have founf my bet in the statement placed twice !

    Great job, Pinnacle ! Rather than changing your brand name, what about to provide us with a working website, finally ???

    Do you ever stop moaning about Pinnacle's site? Surely you get it now. Pinnacle's website isn't good and you will get pretty regular issues with the website. If you don't like that and don't see that their odds and limits are a good enough trade-off for the poor website, just go and bet with another bookmaker because Pinnacle's long history of technical issues tells you that there won't be any significant improvements with the website any time soon.

    So you either accept Pinnacle's poor website with their odds and limits, or you bet with a different bookmaker that has a better website but worse odds and limits.

    Either way, stop with this boring and pointless moaning.

    Never had any problem with Pinnacle. Most important they pay promptly. I have been with them for years without any issues.
