So I have been getting the run around from 5 dimes on a bitcoin payout. I am not a new member, nor is this my first payout. It is however my first payout in quite a while.

On 06/06/2016 I requested a bitcoin payout for $1000.00. After taking over 48 hours to process I made the mistake of betting and letting my account get under $1000.00, so the payout was conveniently rejected right after.

On 06/14/2016 I got the account back up over $1000.00 and requested a bitcoin payout immediately. Well after 48 hours of it still saying processed I decided to ask the live chat what the delay was for. They assured me it was just a delay with the processor. After another day goes by I chat with them again and now am told that upper management needs to take a look at the request, and it could be another 1 to 2 days. Fast forward to today and I ask the live chat when I will get my payout and ask if I should just cancel it and request a check instead. I am told that "upper management is reviewing payouts today and there are many requests in the queue, that my payout will be processed today, and the checks are only processed Monday-Thursday"

So I say ok, no problem. I look forward to seeing it processed today. 6 hours later I look at my account and see that payout has been rejected and a new one for $1000.00 is requested! As you can imagine I get on live chat and ask what the deal is, and this is the answer I get:

Marlon: Is it the payout for $1,000, right?
: yes
Marlon: Let me check your account, just a moment please.
Marlon: Just a moment please
Marlon: Thank you for waiting, we are still working on your request.
: ok
Marlon: Thank you for holding
Marlon: There was a mistake with your previous request, so it got canceled.
: how can there be a mistake
Marlon: While checking we saw there where no mistake.
Marlon: So the request was placed again.
Marlon: Right now it's waiting to be processed.
Marlon: We do apologize for the inconvenience.


This is unreal, and I hope it gets resolved. I haven't used them in quite awhile, but it was never a problem getting a payout years ago.

if they stop having bitcoin available that might be a sign of something so far i see nothing more than the usual problems moving cash. someone asks for $1000 should have the funds available for the payout. so now a small glich happens - that sucks but shit happens. it will probably be all straighten out soon.

Hi, guys. So, after seeing someone else's post on 5dimes giving smothered the run around on payouts, I decided to share my experience that I'm going through right now.
I use to use BetUs in the past but I decided to try 5dimes after realizing that is the general consensus pick as one of the best bookies online.
So on Friday, 6/17/16, I contact them about getting a payout after Winning on the Cleveland Cavaliers series price. I have $5,000 I want to cash out. He tells me that he will send me the email with all the payout information that day. Monday, 6/20/16 comes around and I call them back asking them to resubmit the email because I never received it. They sent it right away which was great. I chose receive a check from them.they have a policy of a $40-$80 fee depend ending in the amount and do max increments of $3,000 which means I would have to pay the fee twice but I'm still okay with it. I submit back all the forms that same day within the timeframe they specify 9am1pm east.
I receive back and email right away saying your payout request has been submitted and that payments are usually completed within 24 hours.
On Wednesday, 6/22/16, I decide to call them back to see what's going on. They tell me it will take another 24 hrs and the money will be removed from my account.
It is now Friday morning, 6/24/16 and I just got off the phone with them. The money is still sitting in my account. The lady tells me they're having some sort of trouble with the payout reader and that the money will be out of my account on Monday.
I realize that I need to be a little more firm with them.Glad to know that others have been able to get their money eventually though. I hope I have the same luck.
I will update you guys on Monday.

Any advice from you seasoned vets would be greatly appreciated.

Yep way to much runaround on payouts from 5dimes lately. Can't even get a check.... that's why I have switched to Heritage full time now.
5dimes rated an A+ book is laughable.

I'd suggest you don't bother getting 'more firm' with them. They aren't dicking you around for fun and it sounds like you are handling it the right way already. And no need to be worried about getting lucky, it's a money transfer issue not lack of funds or trickery. You'll be paid. Just keep doing what you have been doing and following up calmly. That will work best.

Already been 2.5 days for me, checked in yesterday they said "your confirmation email hasn't been sent yet, there are just a lot of payouts" so..... I don't know.

Edit: Received today. Roughly 72 hrs.

Thanks Optional! I got an email today, money was taken out of my account and a check has been sent. It will take 10 business days which means two weeks but I have no problem. I'm just happy things are moving along. Some books might be shady but I feel really good about my experience so far with.

I received my a check through fedex today after receiving a confirmation that the package was on its way on Monday. It turns out that I panicked a little early. Good experience with 5dimes thus far... 10/10.

It is now Thursday and still nothing..

Not really impressed with this process.. I don't get why it takes so long..
