once again i cant log on to sports betting .ag second time in a week the first time i had to wait 24 hours before they fixed the issue. today 10 hours strong still cant log on i had to place a bet by a supervisor named ethan on the internet by chat. the claim they are having issues with the optimumonline server yet they told me nothing before i deoposited. lets review the first time i deposited ever to this book i waited 18 hours for my money to go in thats right 18 hours they tell me they had processer issues. last week the 24 hours wait for my funds to enter they claim they were doing maitenence on they site. now today 10 hours and counting and cant log on. this is ridicoulus. and do you think they offered me a freeplay or anything nope they just tell me to be patient til everything is resolved. i told them ive been patient but to have three delays like this in three week is ridicoulus and to at least give me a token freeplay for all the headaches they refuse. im done no one here spreaks up for me i dont file a complaint cause they are not obligated to give me a frreplay but i think its the right thing to do due to the circumstance .

okay after 32 hours finally im able to log in so i finally get vanessa who the told me is a supervisor on the phone mind you the person on chat tells me supervisors are gone for the day then i call rep tells me no supervisors at this hour i call ten minutes later vanessa the supervisor what do you know she is there. okay i explain how in the past week i went a total of 54 hours without being able to log in the acknowlege others started complaining as well as me after they told me it was just me okay so i ask her will i be compensated for the 54 hours for not being able to bet and so forth she tell me no . i was waiting for optional the moderater to speak to them apparently it did not happen so thats the jist of it if you like 54 hours delays and processer issues this is the book for you. if not go bet at 5 dimes where ive nver had a issue like this or intertops or any other book in 20 years its up to you. sorry i never heard from optional who said he would try to see if they take care of me i guess he was busy so no blame i guess he can still try but seems pointless.

Miguel, I get that you are unhappy with the service and response to the problems. But please don't post links to other forums and maybe back off a bit. It's getting a bit close to trolling. You can't just use the forum to unreasonably bash a book to try to get your way.

There is some sort of tech issue affecting you, which sucks. But they will fix it and have made it clear multiple times that they do not give out freebies as compensation for this sort of thing.

If that policy is a big issue for you then you just need to choose not to play there any longer. Request a refund of your deposit and move on maybe?


I am going to delete this last lot of posts linking other forums one more time without an infraction. But please dont keep doing it.

I don't mean to look like I am especially protecting them Miguel. Just following the rules about all those posts with links and trying to be fair with suggestion about backing off a little. If it was my book I would shoot you a freeplay for the inconvenience, which is why I wanted to try and help you achieve that to start with. But they made it very clear they don't want to do that so not sure what else can be done.

Not wanting to give out good will freeplays isn't really a reason to downgrade a book.
