Never trusted this bookmaker. There have been other cases in the past years. What's the point of playing at a company that looks to avoid paying if you win and takes your business only if you lose? This type of bookmakers should go out of business imho. Take your bonuses and throw them in the trash can and your crooked business too

A BetAtHome Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has submitted a dispute involving a balance of 13,000.
He has told SBR that he registered with BetAtHome more than one yer ago.
He has deposited a few times, and finally accumulated a balance of 13,000. After providing his ID, BetAtHome proceeded to close his account and confiscate his winnings.
An interesting point to note: He was apparently asked by BetAtHome staff if his ID was actually provided by authorities. He is adamant that the ID is legitimate and has said that he will do whatever is necessary to confirm that he is not a fraudster.
Sportsbook Review has suggested that the player have all of his personally identifying documents notarized.
SBR has followed up on the matter with BetAtHome.
