Update by SBR Admin: Hi guys,

The OP did not include some vital information. His play lost. He did not provide his documents in a timely manner, and his account was flagged as a high risk client due to the nature of his transaction activity. The sportsbook agreed to refund his losing play to protect itself.

not only have they limited me after a week of action but they also have still not payed out my funds even though its been over 3 weeks since my account was closed. At the time of my account closing they said they would refund my funds right away telling me I would receive the funds within 2 weeks max. Been over 3 weeks and still no funds and blaming others for still not receiving my funds. Be careful opening an account with these guys.

    Hi easyliving,

Please file a complaint so an analyst can look into the payout request. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook+complaint/

Definitely a lot of issues lately. I had my issues as well. Good luck getting your funds. Hopefully it doesn't take much longer.

4 weeks now and still nothing, they keep putting me off telling me I will receive the money "soon" with no timetable. Their obviously trying to buy themselves time and I'm not sure if I ever will get paid.

Yes, I no longer deposit there myself. The bonuses were the reasons I liked the deposits. But the cut the deposits out after I came on here to claim/inform about the slow pay.

I noticed they sent me an email offering 75% reload bonus. I am a Platinum member. I have never had a problem with them but starting to get very concerned by things I am reading.

Don't do it. This should set off huge alarm bells in your head.
