    Heritage Sports Unhappiness

    To make a very long story short - I was due for a promotion, Heritage NEVER notified me when they had in the past, so I went on live chat to ask if I was due for it, they said it had past and won't credit me the promotion, I go into about 15 minutes of dialogue explaining how at one point I was notified and now I'm not. The live chat operator told me I have to track my own transactions for the promotion, however they only allow 14 days of history which is ridiculous as is. He was totally in the wrong and didn't bother crediting me the promotion after reversing his story and saying, 'wait after review you were never due for it'

    Secondly, I asked about my life time figure with Heritage, I know I am down there. He says 'We don't have that information'. That is a blatant lie because he just told me how I requested payouts and listed them for atleast a year, so I told him why lie? He responded with 'Management tells us to not give out the information'. I tell him it is ridiculous customers only have 14 days of history etc and how them screwing me out of a promotion is bad business, especially to a life-time loser at the book...I was rudely told to basically shove it and he had to assist other customers.

    I have RAVED about Heritage, but I am starting to think their Customer Service could be going to shit. This is a fair warning, not saying it is a shit book, but I was fukked out of a promotion then lied to by a live chat representative for 30 minutes. Take it for what it is worth.

    Heritage got too big for their own good. One of the big attractions to Heritage was their customer service and generosity that you really can only offer as a niche shop... when they took on greek/jamaica and hired a bunch of new know nothing clerks, the personal relationship was lost.

    the main defense people used to give heritage over 5dimes was their friendly customer service compared to 5dimes. Looks like their losing that as well

    Heritage has a different view point then most. I am down at heritage lifetime. I play online casino more than I should. I noted to manager that their first level of customer service has slipped and that if their CS is going to equal that of 5dimes then I will play at 5dimes for the better perks. Mike didnt blink and just shut my account down....

    They pay fast but people are correct when they say their service has slipped...

    Sounds like the front line of support wasn't able/willing to answer your questions. I find with almost all sportsbooks they can only answer the very very very basics. If you ask them ANYTHING which they do not encounter on a daily basis you're going to be out of luck.

    Sounds like this rep just gave you the company line. They can definitely see your whole history but it may be policy not to divulge that information....even though you are the customer.

    Hopefully someone up the line will be able to work it out for you. I've always had great support from their upper level support.

    I'm not sure if it was the casino bonus. I haven't deposited with them in awhile so don't know if their procedures changed. Yes, I remember you in the bb tourny threads when things were fun and we felt appreciated. Their contests, all star, etc, were great. We know it went downhill in that way when they took on the masses. In my opinion they still are a must have book in the us climate. I love reloads and nice perks, so their program now doesn't really work for me when I get great bonuses elsewhere. Still I play every now and then just to be active.

    My question is what did Heritage do or not do that the player thought it was necessary to create this thread? It was never revealed or I missed it.

    This note is for Heritage Insider since your PM's are full. I wasn't looking for a handout when I posted my last experience at Heritage in this thread. I was trying to explain to those that might not know what a player friendly book Heritage was pre-merger. Things have changed and I understand that, my money is safe at Heritage, but the entire VIP player rep that you made such a big deal out of was a complete failure in my eyes. I will try to PM you again but from the looks of it you are very popular here at SBR.
