Where did DSI live blackjack tournies go?

Tried to play the Spooky blackjack tourny tonight held every Wednesday @ 9pm, the dsi live blackjack tab was missing. However, I can access live blackjack tournies via Bookmaker but the Spooky tourny wasn't offered for whatever reason. DSI made no announcement these live blackjack tournies would be taken away, nor did they credit my account the $55 entry fee I won into the $2,000 monthly bowl on 11/6. DSI & BetIslands are my top outs, but this is a poor job by DSI taking away live blackjack tournies, not crediting tourny entry fees, & not communicating with their customers.

    Bobby,

I would like to relay our apologies for the lack of communication on the blackjack tournament software change. Please PM me or mail me to freeplay@betdsi.com and I will work out the tournament coupons with you so you can be made whole. Again, our apologies.

    Cheers,

    BetDSI Relations

Since my PM's were taken away for no good reason, please look for my e-mail. Thanks for the quick response & addressing the issue.

Apparently DSI stopped doing business with 21Gnet. Makes no sense, as Bookmaker still has the live blackjack tournies.

No, those tournaments are not being run for the time-being. At least for the next few months.

As for DSI, they terminated their relationship with 21gnet.

The problem with depositing at Bookmaker is their lines suck, especially during baseball season. DSI finally transferred my 2k blackjack bowl entry into Bookmaker after having to request it with several e-mails, but entry fees for future tournies should have been credited automatically. DSI was not pro active in this. Notifications & tourny credits should have been given asap, without having to request it.

You won't receive it, unless you keep on them daily about it.

Mine was $55 as well for the 2k monthly bowl. But instead of a refund I gave DSI the option of entering me into the same tourny via my Bookmaker account, which they did. Sounds like you have a Bookmaker account, so you can do the same thing. However you're running out of time, as the 2k tourny is this Tues (11/6).
