If I owned a sportsbook, the one thing I would want to do is pay my players ASAP. It creates good press and good will. It shows you have their cash ready for them and you are more than willing to send it back to the players.
By way of an aside for USA players, you should know that Moneybookers (which is how I requested my money) is much like Neteller and Paypal used to be like in the States. A book could pay you within minutes if they had the account funded.
So there is really no excuse for not paying instantly if a player's documentation is in order. Both Intertops and DSI had paid me moneybookers previously, so documentation was not an issue.
Intertops paid me $1500 within 12 hours, I made the request last night, they paid me before noon today. As they should.
DSI had always paid me within hours in the past. But not now. I asked for the money Sunday night, it didn't show up today. When I contacted them on IM to see if my withdrawal went through, all of a sudden a "we will pay you in seven to ten days" story pops up from the CS rep.
WTF?
CRIS group never bothered with this BS before. Not a change for the better at all. Do they really need to keep my money for an extra week?
Hope it doesn't mean anything, but all information is valuable, take it for what it is worth.
Also no fees with Intertops, DSI charges me to wait.
The Cris family of books appear to be reshuffling some of their payment options lately. So based on that I'll give them a pass on this one at the moment.
Intertops has been spectacular lately. With Moneybookers anyway.
I was talking to a contact on the weekend who reported a couple of fast Moneybookers payouts from DSI in the last week. I had the impression they were both same day/next day. I can get more details if it would help.
I don't think you'd have to actually wait 7 - 10 days. They probably just say that as a worst case so you'll be pleasantly surprised when it comes faster.
Thanks guys. I am not worried about my DSI, I am just passing along my experiences, which, when you come right down to it, are all any of us have to share.
I would think based on past experiences that they will beat their self-imposed 7 to 10 day timeline too.
Hey Peep....I'd say your DSI payout will arrive shortly as well. On rare occasions I've had to wait up to between 24-30 hours, so it does happen, though usually I recieve my funds within hours, just as you stated in your original post.
DSI sometimes get delayed, because most of their payments are on Fridays. If they get backlogged to the weekend, then it seems there's a chance you get it Monday.
