    Leicester

What are they doing sitting on top of EPL standings leaving big clubs behind? As a casual fan looking at the standings it is rather surprising - one would expect to see ManUnited, ManCity, Arsenal and alike on top.

Are they overachieving? Or maybe this is not surprising? What their future looks like? Can they keep that up? Will they drop to middle of the standings sooner or later?

    Comments are welcome! thanks!

overachieving maybe. Most people say they faced bad teams so far. If they beat united tomorrow then people will think Leicester is a good team

I may be biased (United fan) but I don't think that they can win tomorrow. Even if they do, there's no way they'll be in top four come May. We see this every year... One team starts performing better than expected and everybody hypes them up to break into the top 4 (Villa 2009, SOuthampton 2015) and it never happens. The big clubs eventually find form and catch up.

They will most likely drop to 9th-11th spot by the end of the season.

if you add the back end of last season they've only lost 2 in 22, Chelsea (champs) and Arsenal
also may add they've not beaten a team in all those games you'd expect to be in the top 6 at the end of the season
man c, man u, arsenal, chelsea, liverpool, spurs

23/10 (3.3) to beat an average Man Utd today & usually plenty of goals in Leicester games so 11/2 (6.5) home win + BTTS is a good price

BTTS is 4/5 (1.8) and expect a few punts on Jamie Vardy to score (anytime) at 2/1 (3)
i'm going for a £5 double of the last two at 5.4

I have a feeling that this game will be end up as a dull draw. Man United have good defence and Liecester haven't really beat any good teams. We'll see though

all will be on Vardy to beat the record, and can see him doing it,
but I can't see Leicester winning either.
Tough game to call but a 0-0 would surprise me

Leicester atm has 6 points more than they deserved. United only 1 point. Reds are the play, honor is the prize

time will tell, they play all the big guns dec/jan
10th will be an achievement this season but the epl is so poor.
anything above 10th would be good for them

    part 1 done

epl poor? yeah it is, anyone can beat anyone as shown so far, great for the fans but the cream always rises to the top.

well done Jamie Vardy, great achievement

1-1 first half.. I can picture a dull second half already. Both teams looking to play it safe and not take any risks.

That doesn't mean it's a poor league, it means it's a competitive one. Or do you rather watch La Liga where the same teams get smashed or win every weekend?

I get whet you mean, its poor quality-wise as in a £1m side can lose to a £1 team on any given day, not in la liga.
but how many of man c,man u chelsea. arsenal.spurs, liverpool will finish out of the top 6?

I hate when you have 2 goals in first half then nothing in the second, happens all the time in soccer.
Over 2.5 is dead as disco.

2 goals or more usually means a dead second half. I don't know why this happens, but it's pretty weird.

The EPL is poor at the moment actually. Just look at the horrible performance of English teams in Europe.

Although Leicester are only on top because of Vardy. When he becomes injured or his form drops they'll drop down the table also. Same thing happened with Soton and Pelle.
