    Thanks Philly - I don't even know what the going rates are for loans anymore. What if I just shoot you back 400 + 50 in the next 30 days and if it drags on any longer than that I will add 10% to the outstanding balance monthly. I doubt this takes more than a month but just so we have the terms spelled out.
