    I do, I only bet football and basketball, its frustrating right now having to wait for the weekend to place a wager, hopefully college bb will make up for no nba

    i really like college hoops but pro is boring... such a slow paced game. I feel like these guys don't even give 100% effort every night.

    I could care less. I would rather bet on games where people try. Watching NBA and these overpaid players walk up the court walk and shoot and then go back and play no defense sucks.what did Lebron say let everyone go back to their Boring lives. Well now he can or he can take his talents to south turkey beach where he can play infront of 3000 people

    This.....I wouldn't mind a year off from that crap....don't know if a team is going to give 30% or 110% on any given night. And then there are the refs....ugh.

    Wouldn't miss it all. And I don't miss it. I don't really watch it or follow anymore. I used to religiously. But I just don't have the time anymore. Plus it's all a bunch of whiny bitches anyways.

    No more fundamentals. It's all about the highlight reel these days.
    Can anyone even do a layup anymore?
    I saw someone box somebody out one time last season, that was exciting.
    AND I even saw someone hit a 14 ft jumper.

    Nope don't miss it at all. Nothing like I game I played as a kid and still play on occassion.

    Don't bet on it anyways. I only bet on things that players care about. But no book offers odds for an NBA player picking up a paycheck.

    I agree with posters saying the NBA has declined a lot but tech n9ne is on to something here. The NBA is the most consistent money maker for sportsbooks. On NFL you have one-sided games. In NBA you trade bets and keep the vig.

    I will miss it. I love the NBA, the daily games. Friday night on Espn....NBA on TNT...NBA league pass....as a Clippers fan I love going to the games, sitting 5 or 6 rows from the court for only 60 bucks or so.....and I love making money on the NBA.....don't like the greed around what's going on, but there is greed in any sport.

    I Only care and want the lockout to end from a gambling perspective. NBA totals are the easiest lines to beat. Otherwise, I could give a rats ass about basketball.

    I can use the break, I hate betting NBA 4 nights a week, which is what I would do if the season started on time.. Liking I can concentrate only football , wouldn't mind NBA starting up in Jan-Feb after Football season is done

    Where is Tim Donaghy hiding these days? We could sure use him back in the NBA. He made things "happen". The NBA is awful but if they bounce the ball up and down the courst I will still throw a couple of bills on it.
