    being as I am one of the worlds leading hangover researchers I'll give you a few options:

    the best is a nap, if possible
    food helps as well, if you can stomach it
    I personally dislike caffeine after a long night of boozing, but may work for you, or even be necessary if you have to work
    multivitamin/b vitamins/vitamin D will help you later in the day, not an instant fix but still worth it
    if your not a chronic drinker, ibuprofen/aspirin can help with headaches, but beware of using this method to frequently because of liver/stomach issues
    an "exotic" option is Piracetam, a nootropic drug you can buy over the internet (or get prescribed if you live in certain european countries)
    a benzodiazepine drug (like xanax, klonopin, ativan etc...) can help as well, but be warned that you may get pretty sleepy from these substances, so the lower the dose, the better

    ultimately, the best hangover cure is a drink or 2, but this can lead to bigger problems down the road (trust me... I know personally)

    i feel your pain dutch, same thing happens to me a LOT. if I have the opportunity I'll eventually get a nap in, but end up waking up at some ridiculous time like 4 pm or something. at least by that point I'm not in hangover hell, but still

    I echo the cucumber and menudo ideas. I always go for lime-rich foods and those tend to help me a lot.

    miso soup a V8 juice and then force yourself to ride a exercise bike for 30 mins and break a sweat (the bike you can sit down and not stand up)

    But the best remedy is to slow sip some beers call in sick and watch old james bond movies

    you must not have crossed into your 30s. back in december i swear i had a hangover that took two days to get over. called in sick on monday, then on tuesday people were asking me if i was ok at work. one lady told me my eyes looked "weak". really wasn't back to normal until wednesday. this kinda thing never used to happen. father time does impact shit like this, i found out.

    i'm glad to hear this, because i thought i was pretty strange for having stuff like this happen to me. it used to happen much more, and it happened way more when i wasn't on a regular school or work schedule. the strange thing is you feel kinda good at first, maybe because your body hasn't had time to actually stop being drunk and fall into hangover mode. you get a drink of water and think everything will be ok. but if you don't get that crucial nap in...that's bad news...

    Best sloution...drink at least 32oz before heading to bed...wake up drink another 32 oz ASAP and have a full breakfast. Then just to nap for 2-3 hours.

    But seriously.....if you have access to painkillers, they actually take your hangover away and put you in a good mood.....Obviously drink a lot of water as well

    Dont drink with painkillers as they dehydrate you as well and will give you the worst hangover of your life.....Also very dangerous

    Weed also works, but not as much

    Yes, I have tried it and it does work. It's a prevention, not a cure. As I said in the post, I do 2 "whole" cucumbers just not a few slices. The skin of the cucumber must remain, as with any veggie/fruit that is where all the nutrients are at. Do this before you go to bed with a glass of water and you wake up hangover free.

    If you got a Vietnamese restaurant near you, get the Pho. Pronounced "fuh", its a soup that has noodles, vegetables and meats. That shit will cure anything
