People watch sports for an escape. They don't watch it to have an agenda crammed down their throat.

College football is the only watchable product on there now

the rest is shit. Especially the talk shows. Who wouldn't want to turn into NFL countdown after seeing this?

ESPN too dumb to do that. They think running a network is the same principle like running Disney.

    These execs are clueless.

Look at how many people they cut from the network already? Because they were trying to save on payroll. That backfired.

Yeah fair point, they get so big they think they can cut corners and get away with it. Is Disney gonna cut bait and sell it off,its gotta be hurting Disney stock prices.

No longer the same network. I think Stu Scott was emblematic of ESPN.

It's either CNN or the NFL Network when it comes to news. I don't care for the NBA anymore since the Nuggets are pathetic.

Everybody with cable has ESPN. Every time somebody does away with cable, ESPN is losing a customer and $8 per month. Things are getting so bad Dish just came out with a package that allows you to opt out of ESPN since more than half the country does not watch sports.

The younger set does not watch TV. They play video games, YouTube and watch NetFlix. They don't want or need cable.
