    So true, they call them penny slots but you can't bet a penny. It's often a 30 cent minimum and max play is $3 or even $5.

    They have become extremely popular.

    Slot machine is mathematically guaranteed to generate money to the casino each month...it's all a licensing thing who gets them? If Not in Vegas only natives they then contribute to political funds
