Been there many times. There are no grocery stores in Montana, you have to hunt for your own food.

Awesome state. If you're a wuss and can't hack it outdoors, Missoula has more bars in one area than I've ever seen. If you're hardcore, Sidney has some of the best hunting in the world, and it's hasn't been overworked like a lot of places. Fishing is A+ everywhere.

Everything is clean and beautiful. Girls are decent, and usually not fat. The single ones are always excited to talk to you because all the cities are small, and everyone knows everyone already. Guys act all tough, probably because they're bored. If you grew up there, I'd imagine you want out at some point, but to visit, it's pretty sick. Almost no minorities, if that's your thing -- a few Native Americans that keep to themselves. Little bit of a meth problem starting to develop. The kooks and witness protection people everyone talks about are in the hinterlands, you never see them, they don't live in the cities.

Whitefish area is awesome in both summer and winter.

Flathead lake is pretty cool and I had a lot of fun partying in Missoula as well.

Ya, I went to college out of state to take a breather but no place better. Meth problem is a non issue. For all the signs they put up around the state about meth I have never seen it first hand. But ya, people are chill, you can brake down and the first person that is driving by to help. That of course is if they are a Montanan and not some guy from out of state. People wave When you drive by like they actually care, I have never seen it anywhere else.

Ya, Missoula is a liberal hippy town. Its fun to go to U of M games and go downtown afterwards but you are right, a lot of tough guys around these parts
