Big parlays are easy to win and cheap to bet.

in general avoid. stick to multiple soccer leagues.

if you must then have many outs line shopping is a must, and have low vig outs as well. -105 type pricing. forget parlays, and even teasers with the new PAT rules unlikely to be many +Ev situations

watch line moves on games you like and try to hit them at a slower moving book, be patient. not a place to put it all on the line for

if you are a stat guy focus more on props for football .. even with higher VIG many more overlays especially if you look around

    good luck

Ryder, that's too many sports to cover. Stick to soccer. Or stick to baseball. But don't play them all. When soccer leagues really get going soon, the amount of games will be overwhelming.

    Thanks guys.

waywayway you may have a point here but were not talking a high volume of bets here....I will not be betting preseason forget that nor am I a parlay guy never going to happen, just with things getting bigger over here with the sport throwing some action may be some $$$ in it...only thinking about it though.

    1. Prime-time home dogs and division rival home dogs should get extra long looks, esp on the moneyline. Not saying bet these blindly, but, isolating them up front to cap is essential.

    2. Defense, defense, defense, offensive line and special teams. Everybody loves the highly potent offensive teams but defense, a solid o-line and special teams are what wins games. Esp on short spreads.

    3. Find yourself a good fade, no, find yourself multiple good fades, there are plenty of options. This maybe should be #1.

    4. Matchups. 9 times out of 10, a team with a bad o-line against a stacked d-line is a recipe for getting your nut sack handed to you, and, vice versa. This is where time consuming capping comes in following beat writers and injury reports as the lineman injuries are less publicized.

    5. Line movement. Like trytry said, staying sharp on the lines is obviously the most important thing as i don't think any of us gonna be any better than the ones good enough to move those lines.

"Less is more." Betting too many sports will catch up with you sooner than later. It constantly amazes me to see so many cappers/bettors think they can beat many sports. That is likely the main reason why 98% or more sports bettors lose at sports betting.

Don't. Or just blind bet double digit home dogs.

    Advice I could give

Avoid betting bad teams espicAlly if there at home versus other bad teams

    Avoid betting -7.5 / -10.5 /14.5

    Remember scoring is 3&7

Watch for LOCK threads on game day in PT. They are losers most of the times. Bet the other team when you see this.

When reading a write up pay attention to the reasoning and not the bet. Most cappers have good reasoning but pick the wrong team to bet.

Ignore trends. No one cares what the 1986 Bears did in week 3. Current players weren't even born back then. So when someone says the Bears are 27-6 on week 3 of NFL it's bogus stat to use.

Spend Sundays in church getting closer to God.

If you're an atheist, just follow Smokey. He has dominated the NFL 17 straight seasons. Documented.
