    3–5 years is too much in major-league baseball nowadays as other teams improve the new sport in town are the Milwaukee Bucks

    I don't believe the Bucks will still be in Milwaukee in 2017 if the NBA is sincere in their intent to move the team without a new arena. The political climate in Wisconsin is not favorable for public financing.

    But if your time horizon is truly < 3 years... then yes.. hooray bucks for now.
