    he still has $25.5M guaranteed due over the next 2 seasons. unless the Bears are willing to eat at least $12M-$15M of that, they'll have no chance to move him.

    yes that is technically true...

    majority have QBs much worse than cutler.

    he is just flat out better than 11 current/expected starting QBs and he is just as good as another 14(certainly not worth changing up the QB to go to cutler)

    Those 11 teams are just hoping to get lucky with their crap QBs.
