So I have 2 big jobs to price out this week. One is to make a guys house handicap accessible by moving walls, opening staircase, pocket doors, all new handicap bathroom. Minus major materials he's looking at about 50k. The other is a complete house Reno and again minus major materials he is looking at about 85k. Not a big house.
Anyway u know the rules I hope. I'm going to put 5k on the Eagles -7(-115) and If I lose someone is paying it and it ain't me. Wiggle room is probably on the bigger job but I should get both as my motto is to sell myself and then sell the job, so people immediately know I'm their guy. I guess I'll make it easy and hit the over for 5k also. Believe it's at 48. I think we get a repeat of last night. Philly will keep it short and simple but eat up the panthers.

I don't really get it. Doughy isn't really screwing the homeowners over. He's simply giving them a turnkey price on the jobs, and then using 5k of his profits to gamble with, right? He may be jacking the price up a bit, but that 5k is his regardless.
