    Bookmaker stole my $2100 freeplay

    I got a $2500 freeplay from Bookmaker and I had $2100 left. I looked in my account and it was gone. I phoned them and they refused to put it back in my account.

    They took away Sammy's betpoints without notifying about 8 months ago

    After some back/forth they gave back 1/2 but had to use them in 10 days

    No more betpoint after that
