As bad as the Gators have been this year, their defense still blows away those that the ACC has to offer. Florida, remember, held a pretty good Georgia and LSU offense in check. They shut down South Carolina most of the game. If Florida State wins by a lot tomorrow, it's more than likely to be a 31-10 type of game. If you're thinking Florida State is a lock to score 55 tomorrow, then you're probably not having a good year gambling.

Yet Georgia only scored 23, LSU 14 and South Carolina 19. Florida's a fickle team......they're like USC....they play down to their competition but also play up to it. Look at the USF game tonight. Who in the world would have thought they would hang with UCF? Rivalry games never go the way the experts think. And Florida State hasn't played a defense that's better than a high school team's all year.

They didn't play down to South Carolina, did they? I'm sure this is the same thing UCF was thinking last night against USF who lost to McNeese State. Be very very careful...that's all I'm saying. It may very well be a blowout and a high total.....but don't be surprised, either, if Florida hangs around. When a bet seems too easy...the wise play is to stay away. My main worry with FLorida State is they've been playing high school defenses all year, and Florida plays the pass pretty well and might be able to slow this down. I don't think Florida has a prayer of winning, but they can keep it a 27-7 or 31-10 style game.

I just have a hard time pounding FSU's total when the best defense they played all year was probably Wake Forest. I just think a "Be careful" red flag is going up. I know Florida lost to Ga. Southern, but just the week before they went to South Carolina and played them to a low-scoring stalemate. Which Florida team shows up?

I know it's the SEC, but let's not forget FSU is 9-2 ATS missing one game by a point and 10-1 O/U (missing MIA O63).
