Just go 2-1 v the three hard games on your schedule and you're in!

Sweep Georgia State, Chatanooga and the likes. Don't lose against Kentucky, Arkansas, Tenn, Miss State and Auburn and a guaranteed spot in the Nat. Champ game. Must be nice!
Simply not true, but even if it was, then sure go 2-1 against the "hard teams" and then absolutely destroy the team you face in the NC game. That, sir, is quite a phenomenal theory you've produced.

I'm on that like stink on shit.

Right now, Bama is -1 on a neutral field, according to Sagarin, who a) is on the voting board, b)who's numbers pretty much mirrors Vegas's numbers week in week out.

Right now, Alabama would be -1, public would bet it up to -3, where the game would settle.
Man at -3, that's a gift for Bama backers.

May I add that Kentucky, Arkansas, Florida, Miss State, Vanderbilt and Tennessee really are pretty bad teams...There really is nothing redeemable about these teams. So stop overdoing with this SEC talk.

2nd tier - Georgia and A&M have high school defenses. Miss has a gelding for a QB...and nobody is scared on LSU's defense anymore.

And whoever said FSU runs it up could not be more wrong.

Fischer thinks it's a violation to run up scores for the sake of running it up.

But, I would go LARGE with FSU +8.

    Very Large.

You kidding me, no way Vegas is that silly.

Your looking at Bama -3 . Tops, if game was played today.

He said it in a post game interview after a game this year. I can't remember the exact game, but he did. I think he was pretty much throwing Oregon under the bus that day.

He won't play most starters in 2nd half, in blowouts at halftime.

Everything changes with a pass rush. Winston has yet to see a d line(or defense) of alabamas caliber. Applying pressure will IMO be a huge factor if Alabama wins.

Also, many of the lower tier/bottom feeder SEC teams are still >>>> acc bottom feeders.

And lastly, I wouldn't be so quick to downplay the experience factor. Winstons still a freshman with limited experience, a good one yes, but still a freshmen nonetheless. Meanwhile, Aj has been here & done this and has seen and had success vs elite level defenses in his time. Just some points. Good discussion here men.

I'm praying to god FSU remains undefeated so I can get that match up in the NC game. Everyone falling in love with FSU and Winston is going to present a great wagering opportunity with a generous line for Bama.

FSU hasn't played real football. Bama vs FSU is like men vs boys, they're going to see speed and toughness like they've never seen before. Winston is going to see pressure and coverage unlike anything he's seen before.

A Freshman QB going up against Bama and Saban with a month to prepare? Many people are going to be shocked to see FSU get absolutely obliterated in the trenches. Bama isn't as flashy because that's not how they play, but they've shown if they have to put up 42+ they will.

While everyone lets their emotions and over reactions of beating garbage teams by large margins cloud their minds, I'll be looking at things through non biased minds realizing this will be one of the best wagering opportunities you will see,
Not sure why you keep referencing Oregon when talking about FSU?

Tide and Noles are my favorite teams. Love how they play D, special teams, smash mouth ball.

Your high if you think either team can punch the other in the mouth and dominate. Must be Tide homer and thoughts cloudy

If anything, you'd have to shade FSU.

Noles played 3 TOP 25 TEAMS. Outscored them an EYE OPENING 155-28.

SEC has some great teams, tough conference, but trending more towards Offense. Some of the Defenses and points being scored against SEC D's is an embarrassent to days past. Football is evolving, I guess. Regardless, both of these Defenses play lights out, swarm to the ball, punish backs, receivers, force QB's into mistakes.

This game would be a war.

Noles went into Death Valley and shit all over Tigers, under the lights.

Tide went to A&M and barely escaped with the victory.

Is Johnny Football better than Winston? I don't think so. McCarron is a great Qb, but I've been surprised how good Winston has looked.

Nole O line and D line is beast, just like Bama. No way Bama rules in the trenches, no way.

I can only hope they meet in BCS and I can get Noles anywhere @ a TD or better.

What no one has mentioned here is that when FSU plays Bama in the Championship game Saban will have had over a month to prepare. We have seen what he has done with time to prepare. I think Winston is playing amazingly and is the Heisman winner but I think that Saban will have a very good gameplan.
As well when this Bama team wants to play they dominate, Ole Miss talked trash and the media said their spread would give Bama problems and Bama shut them out. (I know Ole Miss is not the same as FSU- save me those posts)

I think it will be a hell of a game but give me Saban and Bama.
