Hi folks,

A few common questions have been asked regarding store inventory.

This post addresses what I've seen asked but feel free to add follow-up questions and I'll try to answer each one.

1. No, sportsbook cash (non-US) has not been disabled. Technical issues have interfered with the SBR websites during the past week and while the eye of the storm is behind us and we are emerging stronger and more capable to serve you reliably, not all platforms are how they were. This is one of them. You can still access the URL of sportsbook cash here.

2. Pizza, apparel, gift cards. The US merchandise is not being "phased out". Pizzas now take one business day to process. Apparel delivery time remains the same. A few of the companies which issue gift cards are screening our account as making online purchases internationally triggers some shops silent alarms. We are working diligently at ensuring there is a healthy and enjoyable gift cards offering.

Screenshots are a plus as well as browser/OS details. We were able to check out the same item just now.

You might want to first try clearing cookies and cache (ctrl shift delete).

I cant renew using draftkings right now. I get an error message. I sent more than the required deposit yesterday Lou. How long before that issue with renewals get resolved?

This is a separate issue. SBR Pro application system should be fixed by Monday late morning. We'll make sure anyone who lapses and would have renewed gets the extra points for missed days when they renew, and anyone who lapses or lapsed and couldn't renew during the time won't have the max balance restriction applied to them.

Guys..relax..take 3 days away from your computer/phone..go enjoy the outdoors..then come back..SBR will fix all their websites..there are more beautiful things in life than being on a sports gambling site 24/7 wondering what and when you can purchase with your points at the store.

We're working on both. Some of the more popular sites froze our accounts pending verification processes, which are taking place. A few of the less popular offers, like Staples for example, won't accept business from us.

Does it mean that our international friends might be out in the cold to appease the American ones?

I'm not sure what you mean, but the international inventory only contains sportsbook offers. The store is currently showing the US categories to all users due to error, but this will be fixed soon.

I'll add to the question that you asked about price increases, Deem. My question is simply this. Why have they been going up at the rate they have lately. Is it because some posters have been overloading SBR with orders because they have accumulated so many points? If that's the case, instead of punishing everyone here, how about a monthly purchase cap? All increasing prices does is hurt the guys that traditionally have less points, and opens the possibility of them considering leaving the site.

Have to admit it's nice to see US companies are being as diligent with their accounts too now. When Sam and I tried to get pizzas for Australia and NZ we wasted way too much bloody time trying to convince places the account was legit. Even companies like Dominos and Pizza Hut who were already dealing with SBR in the US blanked us. Meanwhile any US retailer was willing to take whatever card thrown at them which is actually quite scary considering how rampant identity theft is. Verification is a good thing.
