Everyone does realise Bynum is so good atm because their aren't that many good Center's as their were say 15 or even 10 year's ago.

Same would have to be said about Howard with this school of thought. I'm not totally disagreeing BTW.

The NBA is devoid of centers. Andrew Bynums draft lotto ball must have been in the freezer.

Wilt and Russell played against each other 142 times over a ten year period. Russell won 88 times, Wilt won 74 times. Wilt averaged 28.7 points and 28.7 rebounds vs. Russell. Russell averaged 14.5 and 23.7 vs. Wilt.

Wilt's high game vs. Russell was 62, and he had six other 50 point games againts Russell . Russell's high game against Wilt was 37, and he had only two other 30 points games.

Wilt's record 55 rebound game was against Russell, and he had six other 40 rebound games vs. Russell.

I cannot believe you guys are forgetting the Bobcats center this year, fukin dominated both sides of the court. Team might of won 9 with a solid backcourt. Fuk what am I smoking, continue on.

You boys continue to fall for JJ's BS..

JJ posts something patently stupid like:
Bynum top 5 center all time

Now, JJ is not an idiot so there is no way in hell he actually believes that...And just sits back and waits on the responses.

In a way, its pure genius...it really is!

I don't think it's beyond possible for Bynum to reach that level of greatness. Unlikely; sure. But if he stays healthy and the Lakers continue to increase his workload, he would have a chance to become dominant. I do believe he's the best Center right now and has the ability and potential to dominate the league.

Championships?---Russell blows Wilt away.....stats aren't the determining factor. Russell and the Celtics dominated. Wilt's problem is that all he cared about were stats

Bynum better than D12 right now. When did the Magic pass the ball to Dwight to finish the game? Maybe an alley oop inbound

Or is this just Kobe&Gasol doing work..

Would Howard have been better playing with them?

Come on will2..........you said Russell dominated Wilt and the numbers speak otherwise (you weren't talking about rings.....you were talking about on the court.......if you want to talk rings.........we'll be forced to discuss Robert Horry verse the likes of Jordan).

    Again...........here you go................Wilt kicked Russell's ass:

Wilt and Russell played against each other 142 times over a ten year period. Russell won 88 times, Wilt won 74 times. Wilt averaged 28.7 points and 28.7 rebounds vs. Russell. By the way........Russell and his 215 to 220 pound body would get destroyed by top centers of the 21st century. 220 pounds is average at best for a 2 guard.

Just admit that Wilt outplayed Russell pal. It's a fact. Sure, the Celts of the 50 years ago outplayed the Lakers, but Wilt was more dominant than Russell.

BTW............Russell would get bitch slapped around the NBA these days. 215 pounds as an NBA "center"
