    Turnover of Coordinators has been prolific, style and schemes always adjust to personnel available not the other way around. Brady is awesome, but unlike MJ/LBJ 1 guy doesn`t get you to the title.

    What do these stats mean? Bilichick has been head coach in New England for 16 years right? Brady the starter for 15 of those years correct? So thats about 240 games together give or take. If he's 51-65 without Brady that means he played about 124 games with Brady. Whats his record with Brady?
    He would probably maintain just as good a record without Brady. Brady is in a good spot..

    Right, most likely not drafted at all.

    Bill gave him a chance and believed in him. Brady has never given him a chance to regret it.

    How many more wins would Michigan of had if they did the same?

    They are both great and owe a lot of it to the other. Bill could have been fired after 2-3 years without Brady, like in Cle. Brady probably doesn't get a chance to start without Bill. Even if he does he probably wouldn't have gotten the time to adjust to the nfl like all college QB's need. He may have been a back up until a team used a high pick on a QB and let them learn instead.

    I think it worked out perfect. They have been driving you insane for years.
