    coaching was just awful! If you look at the team they are full of talent. Some a little older than most but still full of decent players.

    couldnt win with carson palmer either when the previous coach was 1 win away from winning the division.

    shouldnt have fired hugh jackson but that's what raiders do... get rid of the popular coaches when they get too powerful.
