Are you being a faux sharp if you take the Chiefs tonight?

+13 with a sprinkle on the ML at +510?

Really no reason in the world for Pittsburgh not to win this game in a rout. I think the Steelers will be the AFC representative in the Super Bowl. Chiefs, meanwhile, are as dysfunctional as it gets. They have some offensive weapons and their D can be halfway decent at times, but they're vastly underachieving and their QB situation is borderline embarrassing.

So does Pittsburgh win big, or does KC get a miracle cover? Just saw at sportsbook.ag, the Steelers' ML at -600 is being bet more than the Chiefs +13.

If you take the Chiefs, what is your reasoning other than just the idea of going against the grain because it's the NFL?

Crazy, I'm staying far away from this game. Not worth it imo. Best of luck!

Pitt's D is no longer a guaranteed run stopper, I see KC being able to slow the game down with successfully pounding it on the ground. Pitt has looked good recently, but for the season they are not a good enough team to be giving 13 points in my mind. Everyone is making it seem like beating the Giants was a huge win... it was big, but the Giants are like two games over .500 in NY the last couple seasons, so nothing that special.

The Chiefs are in freefall...and they face Todd Haley, the guy who they ran out of town last year. Haley will have no mercy for Pioli, Romeo, or anyone else for that matter. I would expect him to give Big Ben the entire playbook tonight.

KC can put up yards, they just turn the ball over 3.5 times per game on average. Betting against Dwayne Bowe in garbage time is a scary proposition though...

I like Pittsburgh after these "sharps" bet the line closer to 10, but will probably stay away.

Can I ask what you see in the Steelers to make them Superbowl caliber? This team is Ben Roethlisberger only. The defense is old and frankly overrated. The run game is a group of 2nd stringers.

This team has beaten the Skins, bengals, jets, eagles, and Giants. Other than the Giants, where have they shown anything? Even that game is debatable, as the Giants looked bad. They already got outclassed by the Broncos, and that was Peyton's first game as a Bronco. They lost games to the Raiders and Titans.

    I don't get it.

I think they roll the Cheifs....but Superbowl?!?

    Good points, Kerry/PWAD..

I don't know how KC can keep it close tonight but I learned long ago try mostly stay away from these kinds of games....maybe a KC TT O.

Cant see an angle to take the chiefs.

Its not like the Steelers dont have a strong home field advantage.

Remember when no one thought the titans had a prayer against the steelers.

That is why they play the game.

Chiefs have more talent just shitty qb's and a stupid coach.

Plus they are tanking for a top pick looking at the play calling.

Yeah, that's what concerns me most. Their playcalling and general overall play has been confusing at best.

"Winners" take Florida State -557 on the road at night in a nationally-televised game because they were in a hurry and just had to get something down to whet their degenerate appetite?

OK. Sounds more like Brock Landers than Billy Walters to me, but to each his own....

It's not about that though....it's about having seen these kinds of game spreads over the years and knowing that if you cannot find a reason to back KC...stay away.....public loves favorites with big spreads.....can PITT cover, yes....but more times than not they won't. And it seems Vegas has been hooking the squares up more times than not as of late..these Thurs, Sun Night, and MNF games as of late have been going to the public, with the exception of Houston last night.

Gotta love those guys.....The Carolina panthers were the right side yesterday...They just got screwed on that blown call, otherwise they would of won by 20...So Denver was the square side and Panthers were the sharp side.

There's only 2 sides...Winning Side and Losing Side...There is no "square/sharp" side, Those are just the sayings that people use as an excuse as to why they lost.

Texans are the only other team with a chance. I'd say the Texans and Steelers, with the remote possibility of the Broncos just because the league loves Peyton Manning.

    Ravens and Pats = 0.

Steelers to the Super Bowl....What? Defense is older than your average Republican. Don't get too carried away over last week. The Giants were looking at half their $hit floating around New Jersey....moving their families..etc....kind of hard to concentrate on football. If Polamalu, Harrison, and Mendenhall are watching the games then they have no shot.
