thx..you as well.. Dubai is a treasure trove sometimes because of the inefficiency in the betting pools. There are 2 pools. One for the US and one for Europe. So you will see a horse is 10-1 here while 3-1 in Europe. Big differences

He's the best dirt horse on the planet. Why not go for the 2nd biggest purse in the world immediately after winning the 1st biggest. Especially after the horse he toyed with California Chrome won the World Cup rather easily..

If he wins the DWC his lifetime earnings would be a record. 2.3 million more than Chrome. Plus Baffert said main goal is 2017 BC so if he stays in form wins DWC, BC , and then either the Pegasus(if there is another) or DWC again. He could set a earnings record so far out there it would be hard to beat..EVER
I know that's a lot of ifs but if he doesn't get hurt it's not that big a leap being he is so lightly raced with only 7 starts.

Race 1
All the favorites want to be on or very close to the lead (Sharp Azteca , North America , and Heavy Metal) so the 2 horses I'm interested in are the closers 5-Second Summer and 13-Kafuji Take. The 13 along with Azteca are the biggest question marks as there isn't any way to know how the Japan form will hold up or how Azteca will run without lasix. Plus the 13 is drawn way outside. So my horse is Second Summer 15-1 in US trading at 20-1 Internationally. Just missed bagging another G2 a couple starts ago before stepping into G1 waters. Now drops in class and distance and will be flying late. Just need a little pace. Side note - If Kafuji Take makes a big impression that will flatter Gold Dream in the feature World Cup.

Race 2
Not going to pretend I know anything about Arabian breds and there aren't any speed figs for them but I do know jockeys. 8-Af Mathmoon is going to be a heavy favorite and has been crushing opposition .While 1-Faucon Du Loup will be stand out 2nd choice as he won latest race over some in this field by 11 lengths. Then we get to the jocks on 5-TM Thunder Struck and 11-Loraa , Peslier and Soumillion. I would think Mathmoon should be heavier fave than 13-8 he is so maybe there is hope for a price.

Race 3
Next is the 2 mile marathon , Some would say a jocks race more than any other and you have Soumillion on pretty heavy fave 3-Vazirabad and magic man Joao Moreira on co 3rd choice 12-Heartbreak City. Moreira set the Hong Kong record earlier this month with 8 winners on 1 card!!! The two I'll try and beat are 2nd and co 3rd choices Beautiful Romance and Big Orange. The price that really has my attention is 4-Wall Of Fire 20-1 , lightly raced with only 8 starts and progressing steadily throughout them while stretching out further and further.

Race 4
Is the UAE Derby and the question here is Pletcher really that desperate to send Master Plan all the way here to find an easy spot for derby points? Thunder Snow will be heavy fave and drawn way out in 13 hole. 10-Epicharis 5-1 has dominated in Japan where last years winner and World Cup entrant Lani hails from. A O'brien won this 2 years in a row several years ago with turf horses similar to 3-Lancaster Bomber 8-1. Bombs of interest are 1-Qatar Man 30-1 and 14-Nomorerichblondes 100-1. Both seem to love the stretch out to this almost 10f distance last race.

Race 5
The Al Quoz Sprint at 6f on turf has rumors of standout 6-Ertijaal being a non runner. Don't know if true but I do know he and Limato are 9-5 and 5-2 while 1-Amazing Kids is right there with them but 10-1. Not drawn good for this course but not a huge field . 3-The Right Man 20-1 is also comprimised by the draw and not in top 3s class but can pick up pieces to place or pull a shocker if Ertijaal doesn't show and things go wrong for other 2.

Race 6
Now the dirt sprint Golden Shaheen where USA will complete the duo of favorites in the two 1 turn dirt races with Azteca in R1 and Mind Your Biscuits here but MYB is drawn furthest outside in 14 and is 5-2. While 4-Dundonnell 15-1 and 2-Morawij 12-1 are drawn ideally and pretty big prices considering they finished 1st and 3rd in the prep for this.

Race 7
On to the big 3 races starting with the Dubai Turf where the two favorites by a wide margin will battle it out from post 1-Ribchester 5-2 and post 2-Zarak 2-1 in a field of 13. Could convince me to box 1-2-3-4 as I think 3-Heshem 20-1 is better than price but 4-Decorated will come down from 10-1 ML. So if I go 4 deep it will be with 9-Vivlos 20-1. Another JPN horse but they have fared well here recently including taking down the World Cup not too long ago with a horse coming from the same races .Victoire Pisa won world cup in 2011 and Just A Way won this race in 2014 when it was named Dubai Duty Free both from nakayama kinen which Vivlos comes out of.

Race 8
The Dubai Sheema Classic is the longer turf race at 12f where the top 4 are all rated 143 or 144 on Timeform. 2-3-6-7
If there is an outsider look to Japan again and 4-Sounds Of Earth 15-1. It's hard to compare Japanese form because they are so isolated and don't intermingle like Europe/French horses do and the provides overlays when they turn out to be the real deal.

Race 9
The World Cup is all about if Arrogate runs the same without lasix. If he does he probably wins easier than Chrome did. Hoppertunity 15-1, Keen Ice & Neolithic 20-1 are juicy prices due to Arrogate being 1-3 and the hype on Gun Runner. He has run all his good races on lead and completely different battling Arrogate. 6-Move Up 60-1 is Godolphin's runner coming off 1 prep for fitness that makes his price so high.
