i agree with him mike the pick 5 is the best bet at the spa .and del mar great value if you can hit it..and the fact that its 50 cent really lets you invest more than those 2.oo pick 6 which sucks...i get why they do it......but its still a limited deal a 2.00 a play

4-Purple Egg 15-1 - Is my one try at a bomb.Just have a feeling he was pushed to try and route but is best sprinting.Realize 5-Ribo Bobo is going to be tough and likely winner.

9-Watsdachances/10-Irish Mission/11-Emotional Kitten - If a bomb is going to break through the chalk exacta I'm thinking 1-Dido 15-1 who ran much better than looks last out.

2-Pants On Fire 4-1 - Really don't have a firm opinion on this race but POF loves Monmouth.Negatives are trainer not great with layoffs and some horses never come back the same from a Dubai ship.Especially first time back.
Race 11
7-Mshawish 3-1 - I realize one thing Pletcher is not that good at is bringing turf horses over from across Atlantic the way C Brown and C Clement are but this horse was running against the best turfers in the world in Dubai and Hong Kong.Beating them or running well in loss.If he is even 85% he could win here.
6-Under Control 10-1 - If I try a price it will be this improving Brazilian bred who is better than ever at 6 yrs old.
Race 12
9-Medal Count 8-1 - Tried him in the Belmont and thought he ran very well.Just couldn't go the distance.Still think he is dirtied up and better than he has shown.Especially at this distance.
6-Social Inclusion 8-1 - If he can rate and make that move he did in the Preakness I think he has a good shot but if he goes head to head with Bayern it's game over.
7-Untapable 2-1 - Big test for the filly who has been beating up on some questionable foes.
4-Irish You Well 12-1 - Late runner can suck up 3rd or 4th with a brutal pace.

If someone is going to upset the Pletcher duo I think it is 6-Winter Dawn 5-1 for Catalano.Sky Mesa has thrown some very good 2 year olds over the past few years ,Cat man good with 1sters, working well in AM.Seems Feathered is the more fancied among the 2 Pletchers and will most likely be favored but I like 3-Kinsley who should go off higher than stablemate.Mott never wins with 1sters at spa and 1-Harbouring might want more ground but he will be the one running fastest at the end.

Race has a pretty good chance of chalking out.A number of horses that are fast enough are either coming off a layoff or turning back from a route.3-Escapist , 2-Joe Can Gallop , and 7-Partly Mocha are all true sprinters and all are either 2nd or 3rd off a break.If I was to stab at one bomb it would be 1-Razorbill 15-1 who has never really been given the chance to see what he can do sprinting and could like it.

Two more Pletchers debut but neither favored this time.I'll end up picking one of them to go along with 3-Quiet Ruler 5-1 for Zito who may have grown into himself over the last 1/2 year and 1-Sherifico 10-1 for Terranova.Trainer not that great with debuts but Street Boss is turning into his generations Wildcat Heir the way his offspring come out running .I guess of the Pletcher's I'll go with 5-March Too 3-1 who was working well until being served up to Palace Malice for his last work.Against the favorite as he seems to settle in and finish 2nd/3rd instead of dominating them.

Kharafa/Lubash.....Lubash/Kharafa - These two have been killing the NY bred turf division for several years now.Trying to make a cas for anyone but them leads me to 4-Hear The Footsteps 10-1 who finished in front of both of them last August at Saratoga while also going sprint to route.Another shot would be 1-Compliance Officer 6-1 who has it in him to beat them but maybe 1 time in 5 or there about.No denying who the likely winners are but that's boring.

Fairly obvious who will take all the money in 3-South Sound 5-2 .Then you have the next two in the 4 and 7.They are the two I will try and beat.5-Mononoke 8-1 and 8-Myperfectvalentine 20-1 were both attending the pace on a dead track last out and last 2 out for the 5.Both are fast enough to be competitive.6-Take The Zeppole 20-1 was put in way too tough last out and eased making it look worse than it was.Also fits at this bottom level.

Could be tough trying to get together an exacta here as the race could go several ways.Two prices I could try to get in the money are 1-Mop Head 8-1 who has back races that would crush this field and 9-Beamer 30-1, whose form is a mystery after trying jumps twice in between being off almost 2 years in total.If he still has a A to B+ race in him he could shock.12-Lead Singer 10-1 race 2 back would be a prefect kind of trip for this race.Of the 2 favorites I lean 8-Shining Copper 3-1 although he isn't going to have an easy time up front he has been facing much tougher.

Against the Ward favorite and could see a couple horses blow up the board.Have to note 3-No Shanks 6-1 first though going out for Mareina was one of the best unknown trainers with 1sters even if he has slowed down a bit.The 2 bombs are 5-Nejma 15-1 and 8-Replay Runaway 15-1.Both have shown ability in the AM and Cox(8) is a good first out trainer too.Have to respect Mott on the drop from MSW with 1-Militsa 3-1.

3-Where's Danny 15-1 and 6-Nubin Ridge 10-1 are the long shots.Both got caught behind slow paces last out with bad and/or wide trips.The logical ones to pick from are 8-Cheyenne Nation 3-1 and 10-Cage Fighter 8-5.The price on the 10 makes him hard to take .

Not sure you are going to see 6-Levanto 20-1 go off at his ML but expect much better in 2nd USA start with 3 more furlongs.3-Angel Terrace 15-1 figures to get the best trip in the race from cozy slot and tactical speed.The pick of the others is between 7-Fitful Skies 8-1 and 8-Inimitable Romanee 9-2.
