I like Hawaii in this game due to the game being played in Australia which I think helps the dog as there is no home field advantage. 1st game of the season also, so a learning curve for both squads.


Cal is breaking in a new QB in Webb that has experience from playing at Texas Tech, but they are breaking in new receivers also.


Hawaii is bring back a QB that got playing time last year, so he should be somewhat familiar with what's going on and is not green. Hawaii is one of those teams that can surprise when you least expect it. I expect them to keep this one close til the end. Could be high scoring with some back and forth, as I don't trust either defense.
