    whats weird was reports surfaced yesterday that he got hurt and his camp denied it, then today he actually suffers an injury

    wow that sucks, coming in second place for the 189 trip doesn't feel so bad now. Card is still worth every penny but obviously this match is a huge loss. Have to wait a little longer for aldo by decision.

    Come on Dana work your magic. I would take Edgar or Mendes over McGregor. I'm assuming if Aldo is officially out I wonder how McGregor feels about having to face one of those guys. More or less motivation? I'd say a bit less considering how much time and effort was expended promoting it.

    Could this be another case like Gustaffson encountered? He went to fight Rumble and was viciously KO'd and loss his opportunity for gold. Same could happen here.

    ^^^Frankie Edgar vs Conrad would be cool.. It's still over 2 weeks away and I'm sure a few fighters would be willing to step in.. Doubt the UFC wants to risk Conrad losing against anyone but the champ though..

    UFC spent the most to date in UFC history advertising Aldo vs McGregor.. UFC is the big loser with this rib injury..

    I thought Aldo was losing this fight months ago, this seals the deal, im not saying the injury is fake but Aldo looks like a biitch now, his reign is over, McGregor is the man in that division. Dana Loves it because McGregor is a mouthy, crowds love him and he backs everything up

    Look on the bright side, people complain fighters pulling out which I understand. But I'd rather have them postpone their match instead of concealing their injuries and making excuses why they loss/underperformed.
