    SBR store order problem - help needed

    Order ID 35294 was complete on 8 March. Email confirmation received and way over 4 business days passed. But my account not credited still.


    Also pinnacle is not available anymore. So what now with my order? I need to re -order ??



    Please advise.

    same issue here mine was complete on 14th March 8 business days gone and no money credited to acc yet. nw that it's not available on store I m afraid they will come up with store items not available and will send back our points ...

    waiting since Feb 22 tats a long wait some one from sbr should seriously look in to it.. what's happening here exactly it's a waste of time If sbr behaves this way they shud address wats exact issue atleast

    I have not waited long at all. My order went from Pending to Complete in under 48 hours. However it's been almost 24 hours since then and my account has not been credited.

    yeah orders are getting complete in sbr order status but no money credited to pinnacle yet more than 15 to 20 working days

    it might mean that Pinnacle didn't want the bonus deal, and SBR removed it, and also pinnacle have been getting alot of stick all over lately so maybe there is something going on behind the scenes.. Anyway i hope you get you free 100 $ somewhere else..

    Something like Pinnacle being purchased by the Chinese?

    That happened to Vertu a couple of years ago, the first thing new owners did was cut costs 30%. That's a lot of cutting. Now that Pinnacle is raising their vig on multiple sports leagues and removed cash from SBR Store, it's clear as day they are worried about hitting their financial targets.

    No free lunch, bit*hes!

    General question to Bodog sport Cash users.
    Why Bodog only credited about $75 on average for 1500 points, when Bookmaker or 5 dimes is $100 for 1500 points.

    if your account with bodog is in canadian funds then that would be correct. they convert the $100 us to $75 can.

    Yes it is, but such a difference should be mange with a lesser point conversion to maintain the fairness of the books.
    In the past till July last year it was, 1200 points for 100 cdn.
