Yea this little jap didn't have a job for a reason and he's eating up these last innings for the mets just to get them over with.. However, his 1st 3 starts he got absolutely shelled and was looking like a complete auto fade then somehow had bounced back nicely his last 2 starts with an era under 2. All the pressure is on the Reds here as the Mets have nothing to lose and can play as the spoiler team. Granted Niese had been dealing since coming back from the the dl, he did shut them down last night and the Reds have been held to 3 or fewer runs 3 out of the last 4 games. Take into consideration the Mets have won 7 of their last 10. The Reds are obviously the better team and at home, but I can't ignore a +250 with a pitcher that had looked good his last 2 times out..
