    Playoff type feel to it? Athletics still have a shot at winning the AL West division with a sweep of the Rangers. A`s today is the play?
    The two teams met last week in Texas with a 2-2 split in their four game series. The Rangers are just 3-9 in their last 12 games as a road underdog, and 2-6 in their last 8 games following a win. The Athletics are 54-26 in their last 80 games overall, 36-15 in their last 51 home games, and 17-6 in their last 23 home games vs a team with a winning road record. The A’s are 6-2 in Parker’s last 8 starts, while Texas is 0-4 in Perez’s last 4 starts.
