We spoke with 5Dimes (SBR rating A+) today, and have an official statement on the batch of affected A.C.H. payments.
5Dimes: All clients with outstanding A.C.H. payments must contact customer support in order to arrange for final clearing date to be noted on their account. The sooner customer service department is contacted; the sooner a final clearing date can be defined. If funds are not received by the clearing date, the amount will be posted back to the 5Dimes account along with the corresponding fees charged. At that point the client can request for the amount desired using alternate withdraw methods.
