The customer service is inconsistent and at times does tell you what you want to hear so you'll get off the phone. I have received 2 $2500 checks from them, and waiting for another one this week and requested another tonight. I must admit, they do take alot longer than they advertise or even blatantly say via phone, email, or chat through their customer service. I sincerely hope they are just having growth issues, because I never win at 5 dimes with my wagers but been hitting hot on betonline, lol. Most likely they dont have all their money in their bank availabel to be withdrawn , they have spread in many places like ewallets , other prosessores and so on, if suddenly a lot of people ask for Big withdraws in one prosessor, maybe more than they have availiabil at the moment, they have to transfere between their "accounts" or wait for someone too deposit. And its cheaper for them to maybe wait a day or 2 , than transfere, i guess thats what they mean.
Many on this forum getting paid on time, so for sure they have money....

BOL has promised me 3 times payment would be made and yes mine is suppose to be wire for 3.5K. It looks like bank wires are a BIG PROBLEM. I have been waiting since October 5th and nothing yet. Well guys another morning and another no pay by Betonline. I was contacted late last night and told I should expect the moneywire to arrive Wednesday at some point. Moments ago I went to confirm this thru the livechat and the Dwyane said he doesn't see that anywhere but made a note on the account. He said to expect it by NEXT Friday.

Lou emailed me this afternoon to inform me that he still hasn't heard back from Betonline about this issue. How in the world do they keep their good rating on here when 1)They are totally slow paying wires at the least and 2) They won't even contact SBR officials to give them the reason/excuse as to why its happening. To me that should be an automatic downgrade.
FYI, they are about 3 hours away from being late on my requested p2p payout of 1700 from this weekend. We'll see if I get that control number in hand by 6pm as they promise I will. I'll let yall know either way.Comment -
Bankonline is now LATE on my 1,700 p2p payout which they have never been late with before for me. Has been approved but not paid just like the wire. I was guaranteed I'd have the control number tonight by 6PM eastern at the latest but they are now giving me some excuse trying to say their 36 hour clock doesn't even start until 24 hours or more after you request it.
Long story short I've gotten 10 p2ps with betonline before all have been on time. This is the first one thats late so I'm starting to think this book may be in a little trouble.Comment -
I should update that I let my account manager Dwyane know that my p2p payout was now late and he went ahead and somehow got the payment made for me after typical closing hour of 6pm. So I now I have my control number for the 1,700 payout. That restores a lot of faith I had in betonline but still have this 5 business day late (over week regular day) late payout.
I was also told by Dwyane that hes going to make sure I get the wire by Thursday night. Like I said I've heard that before but he at least was good to his word with the P2P payout tonight.Comment -

Odeebs, as I said, I want to trust Dwayne as he was true to his word on this P2P but I have to assume hes just throwing out yet another date hoping it sticks. I assume at this point the truth is they have no idea when it will be as I don't think they are having any communication with their processor. I think the processor pays them when they pay them and until then Betonline CSR is left to just throw out random dates instead of admitting they don't know.Comment
