I would like to make a post here on the first page of this thread, because a lot of times threads like these end up being like 20 pages and 600 responses, so I think it would be very cool to have my post being one of the first two or three. That is all.

Read their rules on pick 3, pick 4 and pick 6s and make sure that you are entitled to the whole pool.

Bookmaker's image will not be affected is they made a mistake. Something tells me this guy ain't getting his 12000. Their image will not be affected.

I have my full confidence in Bookmaker, I jst wanted to know if this was something that happens normally or not and how it is resolved. As of today I only have good words for Bookmaker, I just feel worried about the outcome.

this is simple... bets at offshore books for the most part dont get put into the track pool...therefore, in the tracks eyes, your ticket does not exist.

bookmaker and every one else pays TRACK odds... not their own odds....

you got very unlucky that you hit this at an offshore sportsbook and not a racing site......but there is no way they will...or SHOULD pay you the pool amount.

A friend of mine got stung by this for a lot more than the OP and learned her lesson very quickly about where and where not to place racing bets. It sucks arse but that just seems to be the way it is.

Whatever the outcome, don't use these offshore books for horse racing..some are ridiculous like the olympic books that have a $600 max payout. Imagine hitting a $10k pick4 and getting $600 cause you didn't read the rules.

Actually you may be saved:
5. If the track payout on a race pays to ALL on Super/Trifectas, pays out2 of 3 on a Pick 3, or 3 or 4 on a Pick 4, and BookMaker client's wager has the exact ticket, the customer will be paid out the whole minus the takeout percentage. If pool information is not available, the payout will be 3x's the consolation payout period. If take out information is not available, it will default to 20%. If paid out to the whole pool, consolation payouts on the same rates will not apply. All normal tracks limits are still applicable.

If they go by that, you are entitled to a nice payday. Note that BM has a $15,000 cap for Calder.

Why dont (say 4)guys 2 east coast 2 west coast set up pay pal and website to donate too.Deposit your cash and email your wagers.Then they are consolidated and taken to sports book in vegas and put down.If you have a big hit taxes will be paid right away.And winning paid accordingly?
I know it is a leap of faith BUT so is sending your money offshore.

great find, he may be in luck afterall... I had no idea of this rule at bookmaker... it surely isn't the norm.

Yep, you should be entitled to $15,000 per Bookmaker's own rules. If not for the 15K cap, you would have been entitled to about 18K (22K - 20%).
