Will probably end up with wire request today. Neteller just does not seem to be a withdraw option anymore. To be honest, I am glad they accept deposits via that method. Convenient for me.

Whether or not I can afford the extra fees and wait or whether I still play there or not has absolutely nothing to do with their processor issues.

All I said was that BP charges 40% higher fees than the majority of books rated C or higher and they only let you withdrawal about 80% per check compared to what you can at other shops yet they take much longer to deliver.

Do you think that BP is competitive with the industry on their fees and processing/delivery time? Would you not like to see them improve?

If you're winning, then you can eat the fees. If you're not winning, then you'll get free payouts.

Of course I would like to see improvement, but there's really not much you can do except choose not to play there. I'm sure they won't miss you.

I received $4000 yesterday and their website says they have a max $4000 per week so I wonder if I can make the next request now knowing I won't get the money for a week or if they expect me to wait a week until I can even make the request.

I requested checks from both BP and Carib last monday.

Received my check from Carib last thursday.

Here we are thursday 1 week after I received my check from Carib and BP has not even removed my request from my account let alone deliver it.

$35 fee from Carib and a $50 fee from BP, not really sure what the $15 premium charge is for at BP.

The ony books that ever did transfers with "this outfit" was Youwager and BetFirstClass..

Not sure if you have an agenda or just ignorant, I will be kind and say its ignorance (which is better than being an idiot), but I received several transfers thru them with Matchbook last year. So your statement of fact is false.

Use qualifiers when you are not sure i.e. "I think", "allegedly", etc.

(2) 2k checks requested feb 10th, money left acct march 1st, expecting it any day now.

The main problem i have with them is the free check every 30 days, I requested my last payout on feb 10th....30 days is march 10th but they start the 30 day clock from the day the money leaves the acct which was march 1st. So now April 1st is when I get my next free payout, that's 50 days.

They say 8-10 business days so they are still within that. I was hoping it would go faster like my last one.

Checks are taking longer than they have in recent months, these things happen. I had been receiving them in about 10-14 days, but my most recent one was requested on 2/17 and hasn't been processed yet. I was promised it would go out on Monday.

Two BetPhoenix players recently complained about delays. The first a player, who requested Neteller 10 business days ago, is being offered a payout through another method. The second is Moneybookers requested 3 weeks ago which we're told will be paid Monday. Hopefully we will have a positive update from that player.

Can you update us on when you asked for payment? If you could please submit an official sportsbook complaint form we will immediately follow up on your behalf.
