      I read about your story and went to register with them, account was closed within 15 minutes. Not even eligible for their massive bonuses, so why on Earth would they disable? I think they have an issue with their license.

          If you contact CS now they will manually approve your accounts.

            If you contact CS again now they should understand what the problem was and manually approve your account.

                  No luck for me, makes me think it's some major internal issue seeing so many people being restricted upon registration. Best of luck guys, plenty of decent bookies out there.

                    Do you have an account with a sister book? Bookmaker disabled my account there and will not enable it because of my BetCris account.

                      Our management contact is liaising with their security manager to get you all approved ASAP.

                      I'm not sure why CS has still not helped but I have let him know.

                      Confident he will get you all squared away fairly soon.

                        I am based in Europe so never attracted to any of the BetCris' brands. I know they are big across the pond and I recently read that BetCris have obtained a license in Poland. FIrst I went to galaxy but there was no sign up button (weird) asked the CS and they told me they don't accept customers at the moment and pointed me to register on justbet or bookmaker. Have heard of bookmaker before so I went there. Decided to check that it's OK to register from Europe so first thing was to ask the CS. Funny enough it was the guy from galaxy who I spoke literally a minute before. This was already pretty random for me.

                        I registered had a look around what the site offer, pretty poor selections on non-US sports, must have been about 10-15 minutes tops when I wanted to check the payment methods and to my surprise I was required to Login again to access the Cashier. At this point my account was disabled.

                        This doesn't speak well about bookmaker, had I deposited would've been kicking myself. Have just heard horror stories of them holding the money for as long as they need.

                        Have they got an issue with their license - possible, the red flags are there. Seeing more and more cases of closed accounts popping up would concern me if I was a customer of theirs. It's baffling as they have top rating on SBR, but they act like a third tier bookie. Some of they CS responses were just plain rude, expression of the sorts "We don't want your business" and closing the chat abruptly. Big warning signs. Not fussed as I really don't see them as anything fancy for European players, but how they manage to work with this attitude is beyond me.

                          Thank you for the efforts mate. It's weird they would flag as bot as a bot would never try to chat with the CS, it's just my 2 cents.

                            Yes, that plus the deposits are fairly convincing to our contact too

                            Although something must be still concerning security I guess.

                            Fingers crossed it is sorted out today.

                              Thanks for all you do Optional, I spoke with CS today and they seem to be pretty snippy when I told them I was directed to them. Was told "There is a note on file that you know your account is under investigation you are supposed to just wait"

                                Since we just started seeing a rash of these reports recently, I'm guessing it's a new security feature they recently implemented. And if that's the case, then it's probably growing pains - their algo isn't yet sophisticated enough to identify these sign ups as legit.

                                Good to finally have an answer though.

                                                The account been open for a few weeks until I won in casino tournament last week that's where the review started it been suspended for about 6 days now. All casino told me its being review by the fraud department

                                                                  My account is also on hold until further notice
                                                                  I have over 10 exchanged back and forth with KYC department. They have requested a bunch of verification from me. If I take one more selfie of myself the flash might make me blind. Things have steadily progressed to be more and more concerning. I've messaged KYC 4 days in a row now without a single response. Live chat won't even let me speak with the supervisor on staff.
